Worst customer service I have ever had in a restaurant we walked in and the 3 employees gave us dirty looks and acted like we were really putting them out we tried to order and that really put them out and conviently no one has a name tag and the receipt just says drive 1 will never go there againDickeys on 191 and the loop
Ordered the Comp plate. Brisket was dry. Sides were ok nothing special. The Burnt ends was just the fat cap with no meat. Go somewhere else.
Great customer service thru the drive-thru, the only thing was the sandwich wasn't as filled with meat as I was used to but great tasting had the westerner with turkey & brisket side fried okra & sweet tea!?
Highly disappointed . Especially for the price.
So, I wanted a baked potato and this location was close to my hotel so, Dickey's got my business. I ordered with turkey. Got to the room and discovered the turkey was sliced, not diced as I've always gotten it without having to specify. If that was the case, the order taker should have asked if I wanted sliced or diced. After getting that off,it looked like the potato had sat under a heat lamp for a week. It was shriveled and hard. If I were the employee and knew that potato was like that I would let the customer know so the order could be changed. I'm cutting them slack since I know what difficult times the restaurant business has been through. Otherwise the rating would have been a 1 star.
Went to Dickies BBQ today for lunch and it was great. Good food and they really take care of their customers. Nice and clean!
Really good food. Brisket has great flavor and smoke ring. Ribs just fall off the bone. Ready to head back in.
Had lunch here today. Food was amazing and the best customer service which is hard to find in this area. Will definitely be back and will tell my friends and family!
The food is always great and if there is ever an issue the manager is always ready to go above and beyond to make it right.
I love this spot. Everytime i come here the food is great. The staff is very friendly. Will probably be back very soon!
