Went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 blizzards and a brownie with ice cream the lady messed up my order completely got 3 blizzards but only two of the kinds we ordered the brownie with ice cream was made into a blizzards not at all what we ordered, the lady at the window was rude as hell just handed us the blizzards not even telling us which was which, and when we went inside to get the missing blizzard found out ours wasn't the only order she messed up, the manager seemed to be okay with this worker being rude to customers and messing up orders as well. won't be back to this location first time I have had terrible service and will be the last will just go to one of the other locations in town.
Took almost 30 minutes to get my order in drive through. I ordered a large triple chocolate dipped vanilla cone and a 6 piece chicken strip basket with a large root beer ez ice..What I got: Single dipped cone. 6 piece steak finger basket. This is the 4th time in a row I've been here with wrong order. Avoiding this one in the future.
Burger was very good. They're still a reasonable size and have fixings like burgers of old, as well.

As know we have limited hamburgers places to eat in south side of Odessa, made my order of chicken strips dinner this people decide to give old nasty fried from yesterday, they are old hard which they should have thrown away last night, I guess I have to go across town to McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy or sonic even the chicken strips were over cooked, I guess that’s the way Dairy Queen needs to safe money on the customer back , will not go back, I guess they have to many customers that they can loose some us , one I can say I paid for my food and it’s wasn’t given to me
THE CASHIER WAS NICE AND KIND WITH US I TRYED THE NEW CHEESE STEAK FINGERS THE ONLY THING WAS THE COOK DIDN'T BUTTER UP THE TOAST BREAD OTHER THAN THAT MY MEAL WAS GOOD AND MY WIFE ORDER A BACON CHEESE BURGER ? THE ONLY THING WAS THAT THE HAMBURGER BREAD WAS COLD AND HARD... THEY SHOULD HEAT UP THE HAMBURGERS BUNS OR PUT THEM ON THE GRILL A LITTLE BIT...DAIRY QUEEN SHOULD SELL BANANA PUDDING THEY HAVE IT ON THE COVER PICTURE OF THE GOOGLE COVER ...
All I can say about dairy Queen in general is that I only go for the ice cream.Every time I go for any food items they don't taste good, they are not fresh.I believe that the four stars are more than generous because of the fact that I only go for one specific item.
