Ordered ice cream for family tonight. All of whom were in car. Kindly asked male at window to keep carrier and just pass us the order since we didn’t need it. Guy at window became rude and obnoxious and insisted we just take it since he had put everything in there. My husband again repeated we didn’t need it and guy started getting verbally abusive with my husband. Asked for manager Lizette who defended him and insisted he was just trying to move people thru the line and it was taking to long to pull the blizzards out of the carrier. Really? I never complained when it took him forever to ring us up! Guy at window again came back with attitude and tried to get a parting shot at my husband. Completely uncalled for. Ruined what was supposed to be a special treat for my kids. Will never go to DQ on Maple in Odessa again.
Gave me the wrong food three times before they got it right. They left my food sitting for at least 15 minutes before someone finally brought it out to us. I can’t completely fault the employees because apparently they have no training and no management on site
Banana splits were poorly made, hardly any chocolate and it didn’t come with nuts/pecans! I ended up getting out of drive thru in order to inquire about the pecans. Then I was charged 86 cents for a cup of them. Not to mention the lid didn’t even fit. ?? I’m a really easy person to please. This is the first time I ever was irritated. ??♀️??♀️?? Please do better ?DQ that’s what I hate about Texas. ??

We always get the highest quality service and food everytime we go and that's almost 2-3 times a week!!! One specific employee seems to go above and beyond every time as well. Thanx Vic!! Keep up the good work!!!
This location was rebuilt quite a few years ago. Everything is new. Everytime I come here they tell me the machine for the moo latte's is broken. So these employees are telling me that they cannot get it fixed or get a new one? This has happened for a couple of years now. I do not believe that!!!!

GOOD BURGERS. Good ice cream. Parking is not bad. Water on the floors is only bad deal.
