This was always my favorite place to eat , especially when it came to fried chicken. The food quality seems to keep going down and always taste old. The sides are usually the most disappointing. Our “large” sizes are equivalent to the McDonald’s kid’s fries. I have had issues the past few times I have been here , but my most recent visit was beyond horrible. The food tastes old and lacks the “churches” flavor. They even cut us short about 5 pieces again, so I guess you need to count every piece of chicken. I always loved churches and I hope to come back eventually when the food is back to the way it was.
Ordered the family size meal tenders and fries and coleslaw got serving for one person and they won't answer the phone
False advertising. They have a sign up stating a meal and price, doesn't state that promo starts next day. If you post it, honor it. Or put additionalInformation stating day starts.Churches is not customer friendly.
Please check your order before you leave. They forgot one of my sides and substitute pieces when they don’t have enough for your order. I only like dark meat and got breast pieces to complete my order. The sides were not up to par. Macaroni and cheese was burnt. I order the same thing every time and it is getting worse and worse.
It takes so long to get food and you better hope it's your order and not some other person's.... Terrible service,but the best food of any location!!!! Someone help them with management PLEASE
I go & pick up a 10 pack everytime my Husband leaves town....the last couple of times...eeehhhhh.....not soo good.
This place Is RIDICULOUS!!!! Not matter what time your stop by , if it’s after 6 pm they never have chicken or they are closed , information here at Google and there at the door says they close at 10 PM !!!! Just lazy employees and management. ZERO stars
I'm not Ricky, I'm a family member.....so this is my opinion. I'm giving 1 star.Website says close at 10 pm.Well I go and waste my time and gas, closed at 8pm!I drove to other location and they were also closed. No one answers the phone.
Girl who helped me was friendly and sweet. I brought a coupon and she made sure that everything was correct. They don't have spicy chicken today but all the food is amazing as usual.
Stopped here at 7:50p and was told that they are closed my husband asked what time they close and the rude little boy said at 8p. The rude kid than proceeds to yell at my husband saying, "WE'RE CLOSED!! as we drive off. If this is the time this establishment closes then change the closing time on Google! GEEZ!! I will no longer come to Churches and definitely report this establishment. Had this kid not yelled at my husband I would have left it alone!
