Staff is extremely rude and slow they're playing around and eating on the front counter with the manager.
I went to order some chicken :i got some that were on my budget n also for a good price plus those apple ?bites that you can not resist though you are a diabetic.
Well tonight I would have given these guys a 5 star because the staff was quite perky. Except they forgot our okra. Now don't get me wrong but it just drives me nuts when I get there and they never have mac-n-cheese. They are out of this and that and the other. Don't try to tell me it's because of COVID I won't buy it. This has been happening like this for so long. Anyways they forgot my okra and everytime I go up there they always forget something. But I do order a lot of food. So ?.
The food was good but the young men that were working in there should have been managed better. They were yelling at each other in Spanish (not fair to say all of them were participants because I was around the corner and couldn't see them) but it is very hard to enjoy your lunch and unwind for a bit with someone yelling and sounding like a thug.
Couldn't enjoy eating because it was FREEZING in there! The male workers were yelling obscenities at each other. My husband and another customer were saying to each that they should not be talking like that and be respectful around customers. Church's Chicken has been one of my all-time favorites, mainly this location they are always fast courteous and the food is always fresh I will definitely be visiting this location more often.

Almost as bad as Bush's on West County. Only car in line. Pull up to place order. Guy takes it. Pull around, guy comes to window, starts to repeat order and has it wrong. Tell him again and he repeats it wrong, tell him again and he want to add thighs when we wanted just legs and wings, 3rd time we tell him he says sprite when we said coke and Dr.pepper. lol. Told him 4 times. Get our food check it and 1 meal has no fries, 1 meal has only thighs( remember didn't want those lol), and 1 meal has only legs. I mean c'mon Man. Chicken was burnt and fries were old. I wouldn't recommend this church's chicken to my ex-wife. Wait ya I would. Worst chicken fast food place I've been to in Odessa. SUXXX!!
