i've been to this location a grand total of once. it was literally terriblei saw TWO cockroaches in there, and one of them crawled out of the kitchen.i was talking with someone the other day about this and they said that they weren't going to eat at chipotle in odessa anymore because they found maggots in their food. please for your own safety, do not eat here
Workers are lazy and disrespectful. Asked for some vegetables without onions and was told the don't do that it all comes together. Every Chipotle I've been to has done this for me in the past. I really feel like the industry has terrible service nowdays. This should be addressed and fixed immediately. Although I will give them another chance to prove themselves I hope it happens sooner than later.
The manager was in the back cussing at the lady who was completing my order on register. He was loud enough that everyone could hear him. The lady at the register had to compose herself to continue finishing my order, but it was apparent that she was emotionally effected by the situation! This Chipotle has always been amazing. I haven’t been since November, and to now see it run by a man who emotionally abuses and devalues his employees is sickening. I overheard that the managers name was Jesse. I already sent in a complaint to corporate. No employee should have to stress about going into work with a boss such as this.
Chipotle made my whole day! I messed up my online order and sent it to the wrong store. Andres took care of the situation and helped me out. I have always been a fan of Chipotle food, and their service is one of the reason I go back time and time again. Thank you for going out of your way to make my Friday lunch experience great!
Chipotle food is usually good but for the past few times going food is not really hot steak has a lot of fat & had the worst customer service experience at the night shift. Only 1 person had a good attitude working there. The girl that cashed us out was cleaning tables and then when she attended us, barley mumbled under her breath, so we couldn't even hear her. And when she was done with her part just left the register. To top it off no drinks available. We decided to leave & while leaving the girl with the bad attitude was laughing with co workers , so if she hates customer service so deeply she should quit.
I have a gluten allergy so it’s my favorite place to eat at. Every time I love mentioned having an allergy they switch out the gloves and spoon so it does not cross contaminate and cause me an allergy. Highly recommended!
I love chipotle BUT the last couple of times we have ate there. There is always something that makes me unhappy. The steak meat is becoming more chewy causing me to loose half my steak. When i picked up my mobile order the second bowl was done completely wrong. It had missing guacamole and added ingredients that i didn’t add. The reason this happened I’m sure was due to the person making my bowl was also in charge of cashing customers out. One time we had guacamole and it was so old and dark it ruined our meal.
Fast service and good food only issue was the brown rice was still hard, not cooked fully.
I always get take out but the foods great either way, one of my fav go to eateries.
This is the second time I’ve gone and they claim the blender is broken as to why they don’t have vinaigrette! This establishment is horrible and has definitely gone down the drain. If you’re going to lie and say your blender broke it’s called go across the street to H‑E‑B!
