Sent three items back. All cold. No real apology. Manager walked by the table several times but never stopped.
Good place to go have a relaxing dinner with kids n family.
I'd do NO stars if I could!!!Chilies is an epic failure when it comes to customer service!!! We ordered food and they neglected to put the food in the bag and offered nothing in the way of replacement nor any way to make it right. The young man who answered the phone admitted they screwed up by not putting it in bad, knew exactly what order it was for. The manager said we could come pick it up or we could contact the delivery service for a refund. According to the manager it was Door Dashes fault for not checking the order. But since Covid that's against protocol. Needless to say Chili's has forever lost this family as a patron!!!No pictures to post because they didn't send the food!!!
I gave it a chance again.. and they failed badly. Service at this place needs major improvement. We sat at the bar area. Waited 5 minutes seated for someone to acknowledge us. We order 2 drinks. Only one came in. Waitress apolozgize because she wasnt sure if she heard the drinls order right. We order chips and the skillet meat sauce. The sauce (no skillet anymore) came in without the chips. We waited and waited.. the waitress came, we asked her to heat the sauce again and to please bring us chips. The place wasnt even full.. Im sorry.. not going back again. I rather pay more at other place where im sure i will get good service.
Me and wife got food poisoning. I had chicken pasta and wife had smoked house combo. My first pasta plate, chicken looked a day old dry and stuck in a clump. My wife’s smoke house the chicken honey chipotle strips where undercooked. And we just paid our check with the waiter that did everything right. That was Thursday afternoon after getting kids from school and Friday my wife throwing up and nauseous. I was at work stomach not settled and bathroom breaks more than I could bare.
I ordered a to-go-order and it was hot and fresh. Order was correct. Staff was friendly.
Love the place, always very clean and lots of friendly people. Drinks are great as well. We come here often
The service was okay at best. The food was lousy. I had Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was cold. Another person was given the wrong order. Another person ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta with shrimp, the shrimp got to the table 20 minutes after our order and he had to ask the server where the shrimp was. I would give 0 stars, but I can't.
Food was good, came quickly and the server was attentive without being annoying.Update: I've been back 4x in the past 10-14 days and have received consistently good service, good food and good value. Changing from 4 to 5 stars as a result.
Our server was friendly. However, they were out of multiple items on the lunch menu. The lady who brought out the food (not our server) was rude and basically dropped our plates down in front of us. Food was mediocre. We will not be back.
