We went around 5:30 and all the tables were dirty. dusted off one table then found one that was clean. Sad there is not a children's playground. Will continue to go to the other one.
Ordered online and got to the window and some guy was super rude and said the egg white English muffin and their menu wasn't available? Why wouldn't you state that on the app before showing up. And at least have some empathy towards the situation. Last time I go to this chick fil a and using the worthless app. If you're going to be at work this early at least have some morning people working.
Service was fast and friendly. They were busy, just like they normally are. The downside was that someone, somewhere, got my order wrong and I ended up going home with something I hadn't ordered.
They forgot my dressing for my salad, fries were cold, I ordered a deluxe sandwich and I received a spicy sandwich. This location can’t get it together. I’d rather make the drive to the 42nd location, I won’t be coming here again. They messed up my order too many times. They need new management
I don't understand why y'all don't put enough breading on the chicken?? I go to any other Chick-fil-A and it's the correct amount. But everytime I come to the Faudree location the chicken is barely breaded and you can still see the chicken ? I started driving across town to the other location bc this location is not good

So tonight my family & I decided to get Chick Fil A for supper & let me tell y'all I'm so impressed with my food today. I got the 12 piece nuggets & I usually can't eat them all cause of fatty pieces I find in my nuggets. It really grosses me out & I'm not able to finish them but tonight my nuggets were perfect. For once I ate every single nugget in there ? thank you so much chick fil a for y'all's awesome work on my order today. Very satisfied customer here.
I got the non spicy deluxe with a side salad. They offer good side salads many of the other fast foods do not.
