Chicken Sandwich or Chicken Nuggets? Both are pleasant to the taste buds and belly! Add fries? Absolutely! Large please!!! Don't forget to look in your sack before you leave without the sauces you need! Usually happens often at this location. Sauces are very often not given in correct number requested, sometimes none at all. ??I received a free reward from Rusty to try a CloudBerry Sweet Tea. (thank you!) I loved it! Ordered online and had my food doordashed since it’s hard for me to leave the office. I wish I could post a picture of the few pieces of lettuce that I supposed to be a salad. This has been the worst salad I have ever purchased. For the money I spent, I should have ordered from Wendy’s and got a better salad than this. There is only a few pieces of lettuce, no cheese or tomato, and no avocado dressing like I ordered. Never again will I order from or go to any Chick-Fil-A
I enjoyed Chick-fil-A but the one on 42nd always messes my order up. Good food but make sure to always check that you get the right order or you get all your condiments. Almost every time I've gone here they've left out straws, forks or giving me wrong orders.
This used to be by far the best Chick-Fil-A. It was the leading example that brought the demand for more stores. However, either with management changes or a change in store priorities due to wide spread city demand, this has turned into the worst chick-fil-a that I have had the experience of dining in at. The main issue at this visit was the short, overweight, Hispanic manager (best description I can provide) who was yelling over the employees to clock out and go home. She had no clear awareness of scheduling obviously, and made it apparent to every customer that she did not treat her employees with respect. The uncleanness of the store reflected this. There was 7-9 employees right behind the counter and yet the counter was dirty to the point of being an eye sore and so were the tables that I sat at. I do not want to complain that they had to ask “who’s at register” several times before attending to a customer (me), my team member was Kaitlyn, a short, sweet, blonde, and helpful team member who rushed to help me, she came from the back to attend me. Having a bad experience isn’t the issue. Seeing employees not treated with respect, no management skills, and being in an environment that feels like there is no value in work ethic is no way to lead a team with this high of a valued reputation. I have been coming here since the grand opening. The time of this review is the time of my visit.
Second time I picked up my order & get home, only to find it’s missing food & drinks are wrong…. In 2 weeks! ? y’all need to seriously step it up & fix things to keep this from happening! And today’s was supposed to be a special breakfast… thanks for screwing that up, for me…
I’ve eaten at dozens of Chick-fil-A’s all over the nation and have enjoyed a 6-star experience every single time. Today I bought my go-to salad received a little less than a half a salad - carefully prepared, as if it were 100% on purpose. No straw for my unsweet tea, so parked and went and got one. Drove away to find my tea is sweet.

The food is good. We just happen to have had a bad experience with an employee named Paula. We were not familiar with the drive order policy. The first manager who helped us was accomidating, helpful and explained everything. We did put him in a situation because we were stuck in the line needing to order separately. He handled a stressed out customer very well.The low review lies with our experience when we got to the window. Paula started to talk to us in a very condescending way. She took it upon herself to try and lecture me like a child. Starting with a history of the store and how they have always had that policy for 40 to 50 years. It was a very strange interaction. I am pretty sure she may need more training on customers interactions. I did end up getting the corporate number from them after I was instructed to google it. They lied and said they didn't have it just to back track and finally tell me. I would definitely go to one of the other locations if you don't frequent chick fil a often or are not familiar with the policies. Noone should be treated that way especially in a confusing and unusual situation.
This place is NOT as good as it used to be! Our fries were look warm which is crazy since the drive thru was full like always, you'd think the fries would be hot. A lot of the employees were just goofing off with one another while I was standing there waiting on plastic ware. Half the place is being used for storage, it was dirty, the tables are not wiped down so our table was sticky, there was fries and trash under our table as well as the other tables, the bathroom was dirty. It definitely is not like it used to be!
