Always fast, even when the double line is long, and they rarely get anything wrong on my orders. They really have the fast food quality service and quality product ? crown.
I can’t believe how rude these people are at this location. Absolutely ridiculous. I go and send over $50 they forget one of my fries and when I tell them they act like I’m lying about it. Do better people
So my wife placed the order on her phone with the mobile app. Waited to pick it up until we got an email confirmation. Wellllll, I got there expecting the same outstanding customer service I've received at previous Chic Fil A. They couldnt find the order in their system. I gave them the name and confirmation number. The staff wasnt rude, per say, but i kept having to prove that we placed the order. Finally had to place the order again, but felt like it was an inconvenience for them. The food was great. 3 Cobb salads. But they didn't include the right dressings. Over all, not a stellar performance compared to other Chick Fil A locations.
I’ve been visiting this Chick-fil-A for a couple of weeks now I’m new to Odessa.I can confidently will say Alyssa is the most rudest employee I’ve had interactions with. Never a smile on her face nor a good attitude.Chick-fil-A to me use to make my days back in my hometown with their friendly attitude.I hope this Chick-fil-A improves with more friendly employees.

I am very disappointed in this location because the manager Wendy is very rude and always has an attitude with all the customers and staff. When I ordered the new cloudberry lemonade, she insisted I get a different drink because they did not make the drink. I knew it was a lie because the way I ordered it was the way it was promoted. As a customer that goes everyday I am disappointed in this location. The workers are treated poorly and I saw an employee with regular clothing… something that shouldn’t not be taken lightly for health reasons. I will not be eating here again sadly.

Love the food. But it shouldn't take 45 min to get 3 salads through drive thru. When I asked if the protein could be substituted for grilled filet instead of the grilled nuggets cause that is what they were waiting on. I was told "we don't do that here". Finally I get my food, get to my destination and with not enough forks.Thanks, I ate my salad with my fingers.This was at Odessa Texas. 4-18-2022 Location near Odessa College.
