It was excellent. We went for a mother's day lunch and of course it was busy so a wait was expected. Our server Hailey was great stayed on top of our table she got a tip. Food was super delicious seriously on point, my husband had to tip the chef. His steak was cooked perfectly and we just really enjoyed our time there. With it being busy they all provided excellent service.
Great service. Food... has gone down. Alcoholic beverages are down. This is a prime example of how chains go bankrupt... new sweet tart drink SHOULD be amazing... it is NOT....puree to thick.. had to add sprite. It was way thick which means they short poured my vodka or.. just has a bad bartender..which i paid for...?The server knew the problem but can't really do anything so he gave me his all and I didn't mind tipping him well but told him to keep his integrity. My waiter seated me because there was no hostess that I saw after waiting over 5 minutes to get seated. Lots of wait staff approached saying someone would be to me quickly..By the time managers made the rounds, I was just happy to have gotten something edible. It makes me truly sad..atleast it's not expensive...?well Chilis and now Cheddars ?????
I was craving a salad from there so immediately when I got off work I called to try to order one to go, someone promptly answered the phone and said give me a minute. IT TOOK 15 MINUTES! By that time I’m already at the restaurant so I go inside and tell them hey can I order to go I’ve been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes and no one has came back on the phone to take my order. The manager there said oh I’m sorry we stop taking to go orders at 9:30!!!! IF SHE WOULD’VE CAME BACK ON THE PHONE AND TAKEN MY ORDER I WOULD’VE ORDERED BEFORE THEN!!!! Never again!!! We always have bad experiences here but I was like okay I’m really craving their salad and croissants! The food is good but their service IS NOT!!!!!!!!
My waiter basically called me a liar. I asked for grilled shrimp. My party had to tell him I order that. Paid extra for a salad I never received. Never asked if we needed refills. Asked for our check still waited 10 more minutes. Food was ok but don't think I will b back.
Food was great, 2 of hostess were TERRIBLE. Gave our party of 10 an hour wait and sat 3 parties walking in of 5-6 people- we asked why they were being seated when we had agreed to have split tables even if they were away from each other. After the hour we asked if we could split our party AGAIN so we could be seated and the girl had an attitude & called the manager. She did not explain that we wanted separate tables from the beginning so the manager had an attitude as well & finally sat us 20 min later. Also both hostesses which were really young & obviously immature talked about us the whole time we sat inside waiting (for no reason because we had very calmly understood) and yes we let them know we could hear but they did not care.
First time ever going and I gotta say the food was absolutly amazing! 10/10 on not only the feed but the staff as well! Super friendly and helpful my glass was never empty, and the staff actually beat me to the punch on what i needed for the table. You've seriously got to give these guys a try! Can't wait to go back!
Our server was great. Food was amazing. Hostess was horrible. I was mad throughout my meal. My father walked in to get our table and I’m assuming was asked if we needed any high chair or sling. We planned to put my sons carrier into the booth with us so he didn’t know we’d end up not fitting and said no. When we figured we weren’t going to fit he went looking to find a high chair. The hostess went up to him to tell him that she had already asked if he needed it and he couldn’t put a high chair at our table. She said it about 5 times after. “I specifically asked you this and you said no” “And this is why I asked you” he apologized for not knowing THE FIRST TIME, no need to prove your point to a guest. Just because you smile when talking doesn’t mean your sarcastic tone of voice isn’t there. I was a bartender for years, server for some, hostess for some as well, I know how to treat a guest.She was wearing capri pants and had highlights in her brown hair. Didn’t have a name tag but it was around 3pm.
Food was warm when it was finally served. We received dirty dessert plates (we brought our own birthday cake), but out waitress was apologetic and embarrassed. She kept apologizing for them. SHE was amazing!!
So every time I come I end up sending my painkiller back and today the bar tender was amazing! Zaidaly did not disappoint our food came out fast and hot the drinks were perfect and she was so sweet! Thank you again Zaidaly for making our date night so perfect!!
Server was the best I've had in a long while! Food was top notch, steak was cooked to perfection! If you're looking for a good night out with family, would definitely reccomend. Will be returning for sure!
