Our waitress was very nice. She did her job . Unfortunately the food was unacceptable. I've never written a bad review or left a restaurant without eating the food till today .. The cashier was making rude comments . We paid for our tra and didn't even drink that . Everything was disgusting . Dad to see because this used to be a good place to eat !!
Had lunch today. June 13th 2022Ther is no handicapp parking. I thought by law they h have to have .handicapp parking.The service was terrible! It took forever to get our order. The food was not hot, warm at best and wasn't good at all. If they do not improve they will not be in business much longer. It is really sad, because Casa Ole use to be really good.We will not be back.
Last 3 time i had dinner here the food was terrible the signature sauce are off ...taste old... or something just not right . My rice has been under cooked evertime iv left hungry because I refuse to eat my rock hard enchiladas. Thought it was just the plate I got so I tried something else this time and it was still disappointing. I won't be back to this location.
I wish I could rate this place higher than just two stars, our waiter was enough to give this place a 5, but the food was just awful. I get Tamales from every Mexican restaurant I go to, and these were the worst by far. We had also asked for a small side of guacamole, and what we got was three of the smallest scoops of guac ever, in a dish that was meant for a fajita side, with a bunch of diced tomato and lettuce for filler to make it look bigger. It cost $7.70 just for some tiny side, accompanied by one of the most over seasoned meals I've ever had. The waiters need to get out of there, cause I'm certainly not coming back.
Honestly the food wasn't bad. My main complaint is that the drinks were gross. I ordered water for my son not knowing that it was city water. I ordered sweet tea which was also made with city water. It ruined the whole experience. Haven't ate there in years but I remember it being much better. Tortillas were really hard on the enchiladas
Ordered an enchilada and came out looking more like a taquito due to the fact of how small it was. I can understand cutting back on product to save money but that's ridiculous. My daughter also notice the chip container and the salsa bowls decreased in size. Then to top things off my wife asked for a to go cup and she was brought a kids size cup out and told they don't have any large cups.
Seated promptly, worst food I've ever eaten there! No cheese in my ambassador enchiladas. looked as if it was a thin thin paint line of cheese . No guacamole on my plate. Sons beef enchiladas were cold . Usually cant touch plates when brought to table . They were touchable. Actually was hollered at by server from kitchen door to see if we were ok. 5 minutes later she came up and said they were sending her home and if she could go ahead and collect for bill. We use to frequently go to this resturant . After this visit we wont be back. Sad that it's gone so far down hill
Dirty, essentially a microwave burrito. We didn't get what we ordered and asked for a refund, but no one knew how to process. Ordered to go, didn't get utensils. The sourcream had something unidentifiable in it! Other customers were bringing back their orders complaining! The best part is that my wife and I are now stuck in a hotel here while we battle food poisoning symptoms! BEWARE!!!
Food was overcooked.Order was prepared incorrectly and no offer to correct order was offered. Service was slow. Restaurant was not busy.
