The spicy chicken sandwich was okay the chicken itself was burntThe staff were okay but didn’t get food out in a timely mannerDo a little better next time
Gotta love this location. Beacon of happiness on a Friday night during the winter ICE storm weekend. Line was none stop around the building (drive thru only) but the service was really quick. Loved the greeter after you got your meal.
Friendly service and the biscuits and gravy were very good.
Very disappointed in my $27 dollar dinner this evening for my family and I. I was thinking waiting in line for 30 mins my food would had been fresh unfortunately it was all OLD!!! and this is our neighborhood whataburger we always come here but tonight was very disappointing..
Always a very high volume of customers but everything is kept clean and orderly inside and out. Even with the high volume of customers they keep up with the orders correctly and have yours ready for you in a very timely manner.
2/10 it was mid, very bland don't think im gonna come back here its overrated.
Orders at this location are wrong at least half the time. I try to boycott but with two kids it’s harder to do. I however refrain from ordering for me.Check your food before you leave. The line may take 15 or 20 minutes as this place is inept, but if you don’t, the order will be wrong!
Up until the last month this location has always been great but in the last month the wait time is awful (no longer considered fast food when you are waiting 20 plus minutes) - Hopefully whatever is happening to this location is fixed quickly !
I have to say this I have never been in a whataburger that was having so much trouble in the kitchen with the orders I waited for 30 minutes and never got my food and there was more people that was there longer than me I sow a couple just living that never got there order either and people getting the wrong orders this whataburger it usually is good and fast but not today
over 10 minutes later on top of the 10-12 wait i finally received my food from a worker that walked upon me without saying any word and when asked about my order had nothing to say then proceeded to simply walk away… ooff
