Great location but confusing how the drive thru is set up at least for my first time. Otherwise great, hot burgers and salty fries and despite the confusion, I still get my food exceptionally quickly.Staff is professional and courteous, explaining how the drive thru worked, not seeming bothered. 10/10 would visit again.
Whataburger has a new breakfast sandwich that is out of this world! The bread and meat portions are at the right ratio for a bite of sausage in every bite and the sauce that they put on the sandwich is so Finger Licking Good
Had a patty melt, and my friend had a double whataburger...Both were combos, and the total price was about $20.00!!!Great food, just way too much money!!!!We probably won't return due to the price. TOO BAD......
This wataburger is a hit or miss. At some point they did better than the wataburger on pipeline, lately not so much. I get a wataburger and sub the bun for Texas toast. The toast ends up being white bread and not toast. They have been consistently giving me white bread that isn’t toasted. I don’t want to eat a soggy burger. The fries go between being nice and fresh, cold but still crispy, to yeah this has been sitting out for a while mushy. The vanilla shake is good, I wouldn’t recommend the strawberry though. This wataburger also takes foreverrrrrrrrr to get orders out. I will say that the people taking orders are nice, especially a guy with a British accent, he was very friendly.
There were only 11 fries in the small order. What the Heck? Not even half a small potatoe.
I think maybe management needs to ensure employees cooking understand the importance of a hair net. I just bout a combo on the way home from work and when I bit into the sandwich I had a mouthful of a woman’s hair. Clearly the most disgusting thing ever!!! Ruined my meal and night!! I even waited 40 minutes in a drive thru line for that too smh!!!!
Best fast food burgers. Add fajita veggies and jalapenos for the ultimate enjoyment. Great service and faster than many other times.
Went today for lunch and overheard the manager communicating with her staff… she was AWESOME! She was continually yelling encouraging words and acknowledged workers by name for their accomplishments. Not only that, our food was fast and yummy. Will be back.
I do not eat fast food often, if I do, I usually go to Chick-fil-A. I finished college late today and I was starving like never before. Because almost running late for work, the only convenient fast food nearby was Water Burger. I ordered two patty melt meals and two vanilla shakes, the line was longer than I expected and when I finally got to the window the person was standing asked me did two patty melt meals i said yes with two vanilla shakes; she told it $25. Something i paid she close the window and stand there after 3min she open the window and hand me a bag of food and then close the window. I thought everything was in the bag. I drop off, i say to myself let me sip some shakes 10miles away from that store i realized they did not put my two shakes in the bag. I so mad I called the store if they can deliver it. The so call manager said they don't deliver i should drive back to the store I said i can't I confirm about the two shakes to the cashier when she was collecting my money. I thought she put it why she did put in and why she didn't ask me to hold for my shakes when she hand the bag. In my greatest surprise the manager hung out the phone on me i called back, asked to speak with the manager and she lied that she apologized but I wouldn't listen that is why she hung out, she don't get paid to be yield at. I said explain to my situation I told all that she didn't apologize she just asked me to drove back.I felt so, angry that is why I had to let people know that this store is not good. Sadly Wataburger isn't made to order anymore. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich today for lunch and it was evident that the chicken patty had set under a heat lamp. Nothing worse than a dried out burnt chicken patty.
