I moved back to NRH after living in other towns for a few years last September. I live right off rufe snow and was super stoked to have all these good fast food places near me especially Whataburger as they’ve never let me down. The first time we came here, my boyfriends burger was cold. He asked for grilled jalapeños and that was the only thing that seemed hot. We tried it again hoping maybe it was a fluke & again our burgers were poorly made & fries were cold. Started driving the extra minutes to the location off Davis Blvd & absolutely love it. Our food is always hot & warm. Just this morning after getting off a 10 hour shift, I stopped for a HBCB meal as it was conveniently right here & got one for my boyfriend as well. Only received one small drink which is not a big issue. What really irks me is getting home and opening the package to find a poorly thrown together biscuit which at 4am should have been made right then. Not only did whoever making them put together the bottom biscuits/top biscuits on both meals there was hardly any sauce. Which with a HBCB you can expect it to be messy. I would like to say I’d give it another shot but honestly your better off going to the one on Davis Blvd, Beach Street or even the one on 377.
Being from the Pacific Northwest, I had never had Whataburger before. I wanted to know what all of the hype was about, and after going I have to say I am quite pleased. The burger was larger than the average burger at the same price point, and very tasty. Their shakes are really flavorful and their fries are great! Their online app is easy to use, and the app gives good rewards!
The morning crew needs to get their stuff together! Both times in the past week I have gone in the morning I am charged for what I order, the sticker on the bag shows my order, but what I ordered is not inside the bag. Lunch/dinner crew doesn’t make these errors.Get it together!
This whataburger sucks. They always get our order wrong and they're painfully slow. We've given them so many opportunities and they never get any better, somehow only worse. We just did order ahead to try and save ourselves drive thru time, since this location is notoriously slow, we waited 20 minutes, finally went inside and saw our order sitting on the counter. Since it had gone cold, they made us a new order and it was wrong and disappointing.Go to the one on Davis Blvd, it's so much better.
This is the worst whataburger out there i think. It's right by my house so if ive got a craving im forced to go here. Ordered on line. Should be ready in 10 minutes. Got there 10 minutes after ordering. Waited another 10 minutes for the food. Which makes no sense cuz there was almost no one threeAnd if it took that extra time, why are the fries and onion rings cold? Also do you ever change your frier oil? I've never seen fries or rings come out this color anywhere before. Disgusting. Then for the burger. Bacon burger with no tomatoes, add Jalapeños and mayo. But it came with no mayo. A couple tomatoes. And maybe a slice of bacon. With all the ingredients crammed into the middle. I hate this place. Maybe the one on 377 is better. Guess I'll find out next time i want whataburger. I'm done with this location.
I've been going to this location regularly for a long time. Recently, I started noticing pieces of wadded up paper towel in my drinks. The most recent visit, it wound up in my young daughters drink, came up the straw and made her choke. supposedly managers are looking at video to see what's going on, but I haven't heard back, and not holding my breath. Someone at this location is tampering with food/drink though, so beware. Not even sure why someone would be doing this, just gross and unacceptable.I wanted to edit to add, the management team never even called me back! They just don't care. Great job Heather!
Just left here with my husband. Food was decent but the staff was BEYOND inappropriate! Listening to them call each other n*ggas and the constant curse words that were coming from their mouth was just insane! I was also privy to information about how some of the workers there "Would fu*k anything that moves" Real nice when all we wanted to do was sit down and have a burger..NEVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE IF YOU PLAN ON COMING WITH CHILDREN!
If it’s not one thing it’s another at this location I asked for it to be toasted on both sides because I don’t like it to be soggy by the time my food gets home & I’m able to enjoy it. Seems like they went a little mad with the ketchup & mayo when I just asked for it to be regular.. Needless to say it was super messy & soggy never had this issue at my old neighborhood Whataburger but we decided to give this location another chance. Also onion rings were under cooked should be nice & crispy but were more soggy than & full of oil. Sweet tea is just right.
They took sooooooooo long 20 minutes plus for two meals and not only that but they keep playing in front of the drive thru window throwing things in the trash.
I waited over 20 minutes in line after placing my order at the drive through with 4 cars in front of me at 5pm last night. The sad part is the burger and fries were not hot nor fresh when I received them.. Apparently they were made shortly after I ordered... I won't be back to this location.
