I don’t eat a ton of fast food but it’s been a long day and I wanted Whataburger. This location was on my way home so I stopped. It was exceptionally clean and the staff was incredibly nice. The service was better here than at many regular restaurants, but especially fast food restaurants! There was joy in the building with the crew members singing and speaking to one another like they were having fun. How refreshing!
I had their new spicy chicken tender sandwich it was very good but I was very irritated with the staff as they asked me when I was ordering if is there anything I wanted I said spicy ketchup and it was on my ticket and they handed me my bag and there was napkins in the bag and they said my spicy ketchup napkins were in the bag and I got home and they weren't
This location hasn't been too busy everytime ive stopped, like some. Quick trip in and out. Accurate orders.
You know, it is really my fault because I already suspected the type of service that I would get at Brentwood Stair just because the area. Because generally the employees of whatever area it is actually lives around that neighborhood, how can you expect more?!I love the Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich and I always get it when it comes out. Well, last night the one I got was so tough and hard, and cold. It was ridiculously horrible. Plus the customer service is awful. They talk rude at the intercom as if they don't want you there and as if you are an inconvenience.
Used curbservice. Deliver to our car was fast. Employee friendly. Food hot. Order correct.
Burger was actually cold when I got it. I tried to eat it right away, but it was TOO COLD !!!Also I told the boy at the window to scan my App for proof of purchase. He forgot, because he was talking, so no credit for my purchase.Immature and irresponsible people running your business. Or do you really not care [email protected]
I won’t ever get what a burger again after getting sick from a double and large fry. I threw up four times. I was very dissatisfied. What a burden!
This is one of the few 24/7 places left to get food. They are almost always busy, they have drive through packed at 3AM! The food is good and prices are appropriate. Service varies from good to great, Sometimes they seem to take forever but you still get HOT food. This is a weekly visit, or more.
Staff is completely incapable of getting an order correct. Very common to get undercooked burgers - or worse, undercooked chicken.But when they get it right it's so good!
Whataburger has unique burgers such as the Green Hatch Chili Bacon Burger, and the best shakes such as Peppermint shakes. Whataburger is far superior to the warmed-over stale food from McDonalds or BK.
