Both times we have been to this location the order was wrong . This location sucks!
I see improvements from the staff they have, specifically Leah, she has outstanding customer service skills and very polite about replacing a wrong item and making two missing items. I'm glad to see her on the team and hope this location will continue to improve personal opinion-->having a great staff is the best place to start!
This location is on and off for me. Sometimes the food is pretty good (not great), other times I regret not going to Chic fil A across the street! Lines are rarely long so sometimes I wonder why the food takes long. The customer service ppl are very nice though. It’s not my go to place. Just go there for spicy nuggets and strawberry lemonade
Food was good as usual, but the drive thru was slow.. 20 min slow with me being the fourth car. I sat at the pickup window for 7min.. ????
Pulled up to drive thru window..........had to wait TEN MINUTES because someone was sweeping and finishing concrete (DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH). Then was told by lady that came out that I COULDN'T ORDER because their system (INTERNET) WAS DOWN !! requested MANAGER, was told NO MANAGER ON DUTY but DIVISION MANAGER (MIKE) was there. Requested to talk to him and was told he would not come out to car. Requested FOUR MEAL COUPONS (which was going to be my order) and was told NO BY DIVISION MGR.TWO MONTHS AGO- Recently tried the breakfast sausage, egg & cheese bisquits. The sausage was SO BAD I HAD TO THROW ALL 3 OUT !!! Tried the Branch but was told NO MANAGER on duty and NO idea when a manager would be back. Filed an official complaint with CORPORATE and was told the BRANCH MANAGER would contact me within 3 business days. That was TEN BUSINESS DAYS AGO and STILL NO CONTACT !!!
Their commercials have me wanting to try the fries-( I grew up on McDonald's fries)-I order the #3 spicy, a little disappointed because. Either the nuggets are cold and the fries are hot or the nuggets are hot and the fries are cold. To combat that, now I order fries only. They are great! It's like McDonald's french fries for grown ups. Lol
This is the first time I have ever received a nice lettuce wedge burger from a fast food place! So thankful for the staff on board this day! As someone who can’t eat out alot and has to be on the road all day I truly appreciate that I wasn’t judged by my odd request and that I can finally eat something decent and not feel sick about it!Btw follow me on IG @thegudliveviews as we support small businesses ??
The 4 for 4 is always a great deal. Absolutely LOVE their new friesWe were missing items from our order but the food was delicious, hence the 3 star ratingI didn’t contact the store or anything so they don’t even know we didn’t get our entire order
They serve tomato ends and the burgers don't seem to be as good as other wendy's I have gone to. This location used to be better.
It was a pleasant experience but.......this place needs more help. It seems like I patiently waited for a while for my order. The workers we nice tho. Delicious pecan and cranberry salad with the works.
