The catering team is awesome! Gina and her staff are absolutely outstanding to work with. The food was incredible. Everyone loved it. I couldn't imaging using anyone else for our wedding caterer. Thank you Patriotic Pig. Try the corn! It's delicious!
The air conditioning is somewhat lacking. However the food outweighs the heat. The brisket had a good bark and was super juicy. The marbled point was a bit fatty but great flavors. Three different sauces to choose from none are truly needed though. The Mac and cheese is good the cowboy beans are very good and filling. Super friendly staff and answered all our questions. They weigh the meat so you get the correct portions.
The brisket and ribs were the very best I have ever had. Service and all were excellent!
The pulled pork has a great aroma and taste! I had green beans and Mexican street corn for my sides and they were delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.
We catered our wedding with patriotic pig and they came through and provided an AWESOME experience. All the food was fantastic, they showed up on time, and provided outstanding service.Both our in state and out of state guests raved over the brisket and sausage. Anyone looking to provide their guests with great food AND a great catering experience should look here!*also LEO friendly which is always a nice touch on things!
Patriotic Pig was delicious! Our appetizers and meals were great and they had plenty of food for everyone and we got to keep all the leftovers. They provided a cake cutting service and waitstaff as well. They were very nice and professional. The waitstaff came early to help us light candles and stayed to help clean afterward. Their dinner set up was very well done and fit perfectly with our rustic decorations. The only thing I would tell future couples is to specify when to serve the appetizers.They thought we wanted to serve them right before dinner instead of during cocktail hour, but as soon as we requested them they had them out quickly and everything went very well.
Excellent Brisket, Burnt Ends, and Cowboy Beans. Mexican Street Corn, Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Coleslaw rounded out our sides. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious, we will definitely visit again!
Enjoyed one of the family meals today and everything was delicious. Our order was ready about 15 minutes after placing the order online. This was our first time trying the Patriotic Pig but it won't be our last!
