Got the whole lotta box and it was a whole lotta nothin. They had no rice so they gave us 4 containers of beans. No soda. No tea. The burritos were half their size and the beans in the burritos were burnt. It was only 8:45pm, so they shouldn't be in close down mode on a Sunday. Never coming back here again. Wish I could get a refund.
Not allowed to eat in clean dining room due to dining room closing at 9pm. Drive through is allegedly open until 10pm. We went across street to Rosa's.
I'm okay that Taco Bueno is back in my life! Everyone I pass by is closed so I was happy to know that there was one not too far from me.
Went tonight 1/26/2022.... our cheese had mold, smelled awful when we opened it. Our tacos even smelled like cleaning supply. Complete waste. Never again.
So I have given this place several chances to get it right so this is not a knee jerk reaction to one messed up drive thru order. On several occasions this restaurant closes it's doors with no explanation. This is frustrating on many levels but the primary one is when they get the order wrong in the drive thru ( which this is a common occurrence) you have to go back around and wait in line AGAIN because you cannot go in the lobby. On another visit when they did have their lobby open during the day I ordered my meal and it never came...I tried to get someone's attention after twenty minutes and they all pretended like they didn't speak English. I literally paid, got nothing, then had to leave because I was late to an engagement. Lastly, if you do get your food expect it to be hastily thrown together often with ingredients missing. Regular bean burritos that have almost no beans in them, side orders or drinks that are only half filled up. The management at this location does not know what they are doing and thusly the staff doesn't either. Avoid!
Carne asada quesadilla, the steak was overcooked and not flavorful. I ate in the dining room and saw a roach crawl across the floor. Looked up at the corner of the dining room and saw a tile that had fallen and water damage along the wall with black mold in the ceiling. This place should be shut down.
No need for me to order the carne asada quesadillas the meat wasn't seasoned. It was more cheese and flour shell than anything which was a total waste of my hard earned money. Whoever created/added this hot mess to the menu needs to rethink that or do like Subway and do a refresh. I should've stuck w/my muchacos they never fail.
Awesome chicken fried steak but much choices of side vegetables at least they serve you dinner rolls or corn bread they also serve a Awesome breakfast and pie a banana pudding and homemade thick brownies try it out

Who runs out of rice? I know, once you settle for Bueno, don't expect much but come on. This was an awful experience. They had only two people working. It would have been quicker to go through the drive through window. The condiment bar looked like a preschool art project after several diaper changes. If we go back to another Bueno, it will not be this one.
