I placed an order on the app for this store, but was not able to pick it up. Went to cancel it which is usually not a problem as they don't make the order until you check in at the drive thru. Problem is it said I had checked in and then moments later it said I had received my order. Doesn't seem possible when I wasn't even at the store when this all happened so I guess they gave my order to someone else. I tried to get help thru the app and I tried to call the store, but so far none of that has helped. Just be careful placing online orders cuz you might get screwed and pay for something you didn't actually get.
I ordered an Gordida Crunchwrap supreme box an after 35 minutes of waiting in line thru drive thru, I got two tacos an something that wasn’t my Crunchwrap supreme that I ordered …. A 7.78 charge, even didn’t get my drink right!!! Wow, who are they hiring to not even get an order right that was on screen! This place is called Taco Hell for a reason!
I live right down the road so even though there’s better locations we just go to this one. Our order is almost always made incorrectly from “correct on the screen” phase. They had a manager guy come in and when he was there, it got better. I don’t see him anymore, and no one pays attention and is moody as helllll
Ordered $30 worth of food through grub hub and requested extra sauce packets and received absolutely none.... Pretty much anytime I get an order from this place they don't put in sauce even though I request it. How difficult is it to add sauce packets to an order?
Edit: Last visit I got food poisoning and couldn't get out of bed for 48 hours. Never again.Previous: They NEVER put sauce in the bag, even when you request it on doordash. I've been left high and dry nearly every time.Problem solved: I went and ordered in person... Then I grabbed every single fire sauce in the bin as I left. Several dozen oughta last me a while.
No. We got sick. Threw up and had terrible diarrhea…maybe too much information. Our tacos were cold…it felt like they didn’t even try.
This taco bell is always super quick and my food is always right! Im not saying there isn't ever a line, but when there is, it moves quickly. This is my favorite taco bell thanks to Sherry, Tracy and Ken!! Always so fun, positive and efficient!!
This use to be my favorite location but the last 3 times I've gone there my experience has been awful ? my tortillas have been stale,my burritos are mostly lettuce and barley anything else,none of my requested items were added. Got a chicken ranch burrito and spicy potato soft taco today and there was literally mainly lettuce and barley any potato or chicken or even sauce. I have no idea what happened but this location has really gone down hill. It makes me super sad. Gunna start going to a different location. ?
Not sure what happened tonight. Usually food orders are correct. Ordered a beef chalupa no tomato no sour cream. It came with only tomato and sour cream.
I attempted to use the one free taco of my choice coupons I had received only a couple weeks ago from this same location. They had expired a year ago in 2020.I went ahead with my order of 6 Soft Shell Taco Supremes. They handed me my sealed bag of tacos and off I went.. Upon my three minute trip home discover they gave me 6 CRUNCHY Taco Supremes.
