This place is fantastic! The entire spread, not just the Ribeyes. In fact this was my second time and I still haven't had a ribeye. The first time I had a sirloin steak and this time I had the chicken fried tuna steak. I know what you're thinking, and my wife had it the first time and when I tried it I was hooked. All of the sides are good too. Fabulous green beans, cheesy and creamy Mac-n-cheese, phenomenal potato wedges! The real crime, is I've never had room to try the dessert.

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner situation and it was delightful!!It was our first time in and it was quite the experience! We had an amazing time. Our waiter, Ryan, was Amazing!!!! He does the neatest magic tricks. He is a super Kauuute young man that is polite and very attentive. The Manager, Christopher, is the Best along with Mr Ray over the food and beverage service. Very personable and informative. Now, the food was simply Delicious!!!The dinner rolls are The Devil!!! It has to be a sin to be that light, fluffy, and tasty...OMG! They will draw you in for the kill for sure. You won't have room enough for anything if you don't use sheer willpower to stick to eating just 1...lolThe Chicken Fried Ribeye is so freaking tender. No knife needed! It is soooo good. And those grilled veggies ? ?. Yes Lord! The Squash is also on point! We will be Back!!!Update!!!6/22We're Baaaaack! And it was just as amazing as the first time!We had the Cod, Smoked Pork Chop, Chicken Tenders, Squash, Roasted Vegetables, and Loaded Baked Potato. Everything was delicious ? as expected ?

First time visiting and it was amazing. Love the aesthetics of the restaurant. Greeted and seated immediately. Ethan was my server and he was attentive, courteous and professional. I believe it was a manager that stopped by twice to check on me. The yeast rolls remind me of my grandmother's. By recommendation I tried the chicken fried ribeye and it didn't disappoint. Very tender with great flavor. The mashed potatoes were flavorful and black eyed peas are one of my favorites. The gravy definitely tasted homemade. The two team members who serenaded the guests were amazing. They were icing on the dining experience. I ended my meal with their amazing apple pie and cobbler. It comes sizzling in a skillet and drizzled with caramel. Words wouldn't suffice so just go try it. Great job Sweetie Pies Ribeyes!!!!

Sweetie Pies has a great atmosphere! The staff was extremely nice and checked on us regularly. Even the managers came out to check in on us too. Which shows they truly care about their customers and their brand. Top notch service here!! The food was good, but slightly overpriced, however that is fully expected since you are paying for the atmosphere. Giving 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Too little value for the cost. Colorful and expansive, but surprisingly difficult to get an accruately cooked steak in. The bread/rolls are the small type dough no matter what and are below average.

Absolutely delicious ?! What a wonderful evening and great dinner!! Since they age and butcher their own meat my son got a Medium rare Ribeye and said it was "perfect". My husband and I both had the Filet Tenderloins requesting different temps and they were spot on !! My daughter also got a filet mignon and ate every bite. I indulged and order a side of catfish and ate half the plate, it was amazingly delicious!! Thanks for such an attentive staff and for such amazing food. ? We will definitely be back!!

Had a hankering for a steak but too dang cold to cook one outside. Had gone to Babes next door couple days back and told myself i need to come back to check it out. The place is a little on the smaller side and place was packed at dinner. Since I was solo, I got a table in 10 minutes. Got seated and rolls were brought to the table. Made my selection and started on the rolls. Have to admit, the rolls were great. I had two and could have had another but decided to hold back. Steak came and I cut into it and it was medium rare as i asked. Since it was a ribeye, there was a fair amount of gristle and fat u have to work around. The steak came aggressively seasoned with a lot of salt and pepper so i could not fully appreciate the meat. Also had some trouble cutting into it, maybe the steak knife was dull. Steak was OK, i didnt care for the overseasoning. Mushrooms were awesome and the mac and cheese was pedestrian and relatively tasteless. The cowboy custard was good and generous in portion size. Bill was an eye opener. Guess I dont eat at many steak houses lol Remember when i mentioned the place was relatively small? Waiters and customers kept bumping into my table. It got annoying after the third time.EDIT:Actually looked at some of the other reviews and it seems i am not the only one complaining about gristle and taste. maybe its the luck of the draw? for 42$ a steak

My first experience was a disaster. The food and wait staff were great. IT WAS MANAGEMENT that was horrific. Two managers walked a young waitress passed our table to a corner table in the back. They were discussing her job performance and were writing her up infront of customets.

After attending a GOP political event in NRH, I checked for nearby restaurants and Sweetie Pie's was near the top of the list, so off I went. What a great decision. Knew before I got there it would be a night to have a ribeye, so I ordered the 16 ounce, medium, with a baked potato and sauteed mushrooms. The steak arrived rare so it went back to the kitchen. It returned a perfect medium and OMG! It was the best ribeye I've had in a long time. The mushrooms were the best I've ever had, so good I got another serving, and the baked potato was great. The complimentary yeast rolls were excellent. Decor is pure Texas with a very relaxing ambiance. Great place for special occasions. My server, Terrence, did an excellent job. I'll definitely be back, solo and with the wife and family.

The food and the hospitality by the staff was great! I had the 14 oz Ribeye and had it prepared medium rare. In my opinion, the only way to eat a steak. The flavor was perfect, no steak sauce necessary. The restaurant was also super clean without no strong chemical smells. I also had the chocolate tort and I'm glad that I pushed myself to indulge in the dessert. Also highly recommended. I can't wait to come back for another visit and have another ribeye!
