I went to the Subway located on Rufe Snow Road and I ordered an Spicy Italian Salad. And it was prepared fresh and as I specifically requested!
Actually closes the restaurant 30 minutes early so if you want a sandwich past 8 I wouldn't bother.
Grabbed a breakfast sandwich and the manager is very nice
God awful experience the last two times here. Tried to give them a chance but through mobile orders took my money and then CANCELLED the order. Had to message on the site to demand a refund.Then a second time they made me a BREAD FREE SANDWICH??? What even is this mess? And the lid is disgusting? What did you all do? And who would make this into a salad when the ticket literally says sub??? And my chips were Harvest Cheddar.I think you guys literally don't care. This entire thing was ridiculous.
I will NEVER order Food from this particular subway EVER again lol. Idk WHO made this sandwich but they CLEARLY do not like their job or was having a bad day. I understand you’re having a bad day, but why must you ruin my lunch to make yourself feel better?
Be better if the employees spoke and understood English.
Be careful with old Indian guy who works there. He might charged you over.
Felt sorry for the young female today having to work twice as hard since the indian gentleman was slow as he!!. He is not fast enough for this line of work. The young female deserves a raise?
The Subway in NRH is my absolute favorite! Great customer service. Really clean and friendly environment. You have to try the salads..... Talk about AMAZING! Super Fresh veggies and big enough for your lunch bag and the right size for your tummy. Especially if you are eating cleaner or avoiding bread. Don't forget the oil/vinegar and cracked pepper, oh, and your Vitamin Water. Very cheap and very yummy! I highly recommend it. Stop by and show them some love.
