This place is awesome go see Jodi when you go she's so friendly and her customer service is just top notch she's always happy to see me when I go in and it definitely keeps me going back. The sandwiches are always good she makes sure of that and I like that. I made the mistake of going to the rufe snow subway and will NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. 5 stars all the way around to this subway and 5 stars to Jodi for the stand up customer service we'll keep going back to this subway!!

I was helped today by Jodi and let me tell you I have never met someone so wonderfully friendly, upbeat, and so full of life in all my years! She was so patient with everyone kept smiling, was being so kind to everyone even asked me every time she put my vegetables how's this how's that I asked for more she didn't get upset or impatient she said no problem she made me the most wonderful sandwich and joked with me along the way and still managed to welcome everybody coming in. I went in for just a sandwich left with a whole combo plus cookies for a great deal! This store is so clean and I will never go to another location just so I can go back and see Jodi again. I don't care what it costs you can't pay for that kinda customer service.Thank you Subway and hold on to that Jodi she's awesome!
Came here after a horrendous experience on Rosedale Ave (DO. NOT. GO. TO. THAT. LOCATION.). This was a breath of fresh air, I was greeted politely, and my order was ready and correct upon arrival.I will just wait and order ahead here even when I'm running errands because there are no others locally that I trust with cleanliness or service. Brava.
The food was good, the service was great. My only concern was, we saw 2 employees at the time are we arrive, but only one give us the service. Great service by the way. He was so kind,respectful, funny and make us feel a really good vibe.
Clean, fully stocked, professional employees. Only descent Subway in the area.
We ordered 4 sandwiches for pickup. The bread was hard and old on all of them, one of the sandwiches was completely inedible because the bread was so hard also asked for extra mayonnaise received barely any. The other sandwich was soaked in mayonnaise when we asked for regular. No one felt like getting back out in this cold weather so ate what we could then trashed the rest.
Best subway around by far. Stay away from the one in haltom city.

Lately my delivery route is near this location I’ve been more than a few times and they have everything I need no issues , friendly staff the ones I have interacted with I should say :)
No waiting, They are wearing mask, and my sandwich was really good.
