The food has never been bad for me and customer service. However first time ordered through the app and did pick up and it was ready pretty fast making it easy for me. I was informing the staff to let them know I picked up my order since on the app it said it wasn’t ready but it was and the guy acted like with a “whatever ok” mood and just said ok and looked away.. guess anybody can just pick up their order and they won’t care if it’s you or not Lol. Minus 1 star for that. This white/black bearded gentleman should understand that without customers he wouldn’t have a job.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. I ordered a pick up order, so I unfortunately wasn't there when it was made. My sandwich was a huge mess and the bread was at least several days old, plus burned. Gross. Huge disappointment for my 20 minute lunch between patients. Wish this would let me post a photo.
The lady who is usually there during the day is pretty nice. However, I took a star because the fountain drink had a weird taste...like soap. Had to throw that away. YuckFood is ok. I must say I have tasted better food at other subways.

I typically do not enjoy restaurant in large grocery stores , and had realized were Google had directed me upon arrival. Still leary to eat we did . A wonderful out come one of the best sandwiches i have consumed in some time.
I bought the 6 inches and drink and chips. Now I saw the staff gentleman using bare hand to put my food into the bag. WTH?! The staff lady used gloves for sanity and you cannot do the last step correctly? Two star for the staff lady and shame on you that dude.

We had the misfortune of eating from this Subway. What was expected to be a quick dinner after shopping at Walmart turned out to be a food poisoning nightmare! Pretty sure it was from this subway because I did not eat the subway as there was some home cooked food and I did not fall sick. My spouse and kid were throwing up and frequenting the toilet for 2 days. Never going here again.
