I just left the Starbucks here this morning the customer service was horrible the young man that serve me made my drink wrong twice and was not friendly at all . I’m very disappointed this is my third time visiting this Starbucks and since I have been visiting the Starbucks has been great but this morning was a horrible visit I’ve been to much better Starbucks franchise
Decent location not as good as Colleyville but pretty good
They are fast, but don't go inside order. They will put you behind the drive thru and online order priority. This is a very bust location. also.
Service okay. The outdoor seating is dirty.
They're a good accurate location. It gets busy here weekend mornings.
If they don't have what you want (which seems to be almost always now), you are stuck waiting forever in the line just to get out. They need to make a sign saying they're out or they need to open up the rest of the drive way so that we are forced to waste our time for their inability to carry product.
This is a really good Starbucks. Brad and Sydnie were the cashiers when I swung by 2 days in a row. They were both friendly and efficient.Another thing is that this Starbucks has an organizational table for all the drinks sorted by A-Z. There is a line for each letter! I haven’t seen any other Starbucks do this yet, but it’s super unique and cool - what a great idea whoever came up with that!
This is the worst Starbucks around town. They consistently get orders wrong and even charged my wife $4 for water! None of the other locations around town charge $4 for a cup of water. Ridiculous
Only four baristas on a crazy busy day (peak season) and one of them is doing nothing while the other three are busting their bums to get orders out. Short haired lady with glasses s was just standing there. Everyone waited for their order at least 15 min.
Grade A Pink Drink. Perfectly made. Staff was adorable and sweet. Thank you.
