I drive through this location pretty much daily, and Laurie, Cassie, Sierra and the entire crew are just amazing!! Super fast drive thru and always leaving me sweet messages on my cup and asking how my day is or what’s new!! Love em ❤️ ☕️ ?

Went there ordered a drink. They gave me the wrong drink. Those girls on rude snow and 820 need supervision they just stand there and talk they don't pay attention.
Drink tasted like watery coffee. 90% water with 10% coffee, not a great mix

I had not only awkward but also an unpleasant experience this morning due to behavior of the manager. Staff was great. Had a small talk with the sweet lady who took my order (about customizing Starbucks drinks). Store was nearly empty and had one customer (sitting already served) and a few cars in the drive through. I love this Starbucks! I have not been to one with bad customer service but this one is the best! The BEST morning crew there is! They always speak! Laurie is an Angel! All of them are fantastic! This will be my spot!
