I had not only awkward but also an unpleasant experience this morning due to behavior of the manager. Staff was great. Had a small talk with the sweet lady who took my order (about customizing Starbucks drinks). Store was nearly empty and had one customer (sitting already served) and a few cars in the drive through. I drive a little bit out of my way to come to this Starbucks because the friendliness of the staff, smoothness of lines, and quality of drinks are better than the stores closest to me. Thank you!
Came in on May 18th late afternoon only to last minute decide I didn’t want Starbucks anymore because the Barista wasn’t wearing a mask during a pandemic. That is unsanitary and unprofessional and frankly, unbelievable that someone in the food service wouldn’t be wearing a mask.
