I love this location. I was a barista for 6 years. 3 of those years were for Starbucks. It’s hard to find a Starbucks location where management has taught them to care about their espresso times. I come here a lot of mornings throughout the week and they have never given me less than perfect shots, even with a busy drive thru moving at the same time as the cafe.Tastes the same every time.The staff here is wonderful. Great attitudes. Great rapport with each other.
Great place for quiet internet access when factory reset is necessary to restore your phone after being hacked. All social media, emails, and bank accounts have been compromised. Someone is changing my texts. Scared as to why...
Not much variety of bakery. Don't wear a white shirt before you go there. Get in my car to go home take off the shirt and there are 3 spots almost like drops of juice 2 orange and 1 pink on the back tail. My car was just cleaned and i have no children. I have tried everything to remove it. Just disappointed. I go to several others cleanness is much better than that one. Will not be back.
The employees are very nice and the coffee is amazing. I have no complaints about service or quality. I'm a bit confused, lately the closing hours have been very inconsistent. It says online that they close at 8pm but they are closed and the sign on the window say they close at 5:30pm.
I'm not sure what is going on at this location but they are never open their posted hours, they have the mobile ordering turned on when they're closed and turned off when they're open. They randomly close for an entire day. There have been multiple occasions where I have ordered from the app (when it's actually on) 10 plus minutes before I arrive and they haven't even started my order when I get there. They do not move with any sense of urgency when they have people waiting. I have had to request a refund through customer service twice now because I ordered through the app but they were closed when I got there. It's really a shame because this location is walking distance from my house but I now drive out of my way to a location with better service.
I always avoid this Starbucks, but my normal one on Denton Hwy was closed. I love spending so much money on a drink that tastes like half of it is hot water. I poured out my chai latte and it was practically clear. This is my 4th time to be VERY dissatisfied with this particular location. What a waste of money. ??
I just pulled into the drive thru and to the order screen (no one waiting) guy comes on and says "sorry, we're not taking anymore orders due to the orders we have going.". There was to cars at the window and no one inside the building. This occured at 8pm and they don't close until 10pm. Seems like someone is running off customers. I would want to know this if I managed that store.
Got a London Fog tea and a Pumkin Spice Latte, took a bit of a wait to get our drinks and they forgot the vanilla cold foam cream even though we were charged for it, the London Fog also tasted fairly bland this time. I dont blame the staff though because they seemed short on baristas that day and only 2 people were working during morning rush, working the drive-thru AND the walk-ins.
