Used the app to order ,so the advertising says : first in line ,every time.Well,when we arrived .Their wasn't that many people there.So,car's started going through the drive thur and recieved their order before us.on top of that .Ended up waiting 20 minutes to receive our order .Stale pretzel ( like a day old donut ).Thumbs down ? on this order .I would like a full refund but they don't answer the the phone and the mailbox not sent up.What kind of business are you running there.And I thought Grapevine hwy. ( by TCC) Location was bad.
Last night I got a Bacon Double CB on toast with no lettuce. I actually got a double on a bun. The worst parts were A: No toast, but no lettuce, no bacon. B: Patties that were completely room temp, w partially softened cheese.I've lived .2 miles from this location for 12yr. Every single experience we've had at this location (4) has been inaccurate and ALWAYS poor quality. We will not return, ever. Reopen your location at North Tarrant Parkway. They were good and always accurate w great quality.
Horrible service, french fries taste 3 days old, not 1 sauce in the bag that was asked for.Waited for 20 plus minutes for food that cost $29 taste awful.
Most horrible service I’ve ever seen at a sonic in all the states I’ve been in. Literally sold me and my family cold meat with the wrong size buns and cold fries and broken tots. Employees were rude about fixing my order and took forever to correct there own mistakes. I will never eat here again and will make sure nobody else does either. Wish I could leave 0 stars
Ordered their “sauced jumbo popcorn chicken”. EVERY SINGLE PIECE was 90% fried bread. Each piece at best contained maybe 10% chicken. Not really sure what’s” jumbo” about them, they’re ALL pretty small. It was absolutely disgusting and completely frustrating considering I wanted chicken and got overly fried, dried out bread.
5 employees and 20 mins on food, the excuse I got was they’re closing an hour so it takes longer to get out “breakfast food”. Ice cream machine was out of ice cream, I didn’t realize that McDonald’s now owns Sonic.
Never eat at this location again!!! One, where the hell is his mask and gloves?. Two, after the wait why was food warm and old, it's fryer food people. Every one but the manager look like they on something just dirty appearance.
Better than Whattaburger, its nice to eat a burger that doesn't taste like throw up. Staff are always nice and the drinks are always sweet.
I ordered a Grilled Cheese Double burger and received a grilled cheese….The last two times I came to this location I’m either missing something or they get my order completely wrong. I understand being understaffed I work in a restaurant as well but this never happens as often as in this location.
