usually this location forgets the cheese with the pretzel, this time they remembered but gave it to me open in the bag! they forgot half of the order (a burger, mozzarella sticks, and cinna snacks) and once received we realized the icing for the cinna snacks was missing. i understand serving isn’t the easiest industry but it is constant disappointment here.
Pressed the red button 10 minutes ago and after still no response, I finally go to the door to tell the manager we’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and she goes there’s only one working headset and as an employee that works at sonic just different location can come outside and take customers orders so they’re not waiting forever. This is beyond the worst store ever and wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. Its poorly ran. If i there was an option to put 0 starts I would do it.
Service was good but it did take a little time for the food to get to me. When I did get my food, which was a bacon burger. The burger and the bacon were completely charred. So that wasn't as enjoyable but I was in a rush and drove off before checking if my food was ok. I have 2 stars because the employees were kind and seemed to be trying to give good service. Just missed on the food part.
My strawberry slush was made perfect and the pretzel was hot and fresh. Fast, friendly service too.
I order the new bacon on bacon double cheeseburger and they didn’t even put bacon on it. Basically it was just the small bun ,beef patty with slice of cheese and two pickles that’s it . Very disappointed I will not come back to this location
Often very slow even when ordering ahead. Though, that's partly because their app keeps losing data.
3 times ive been to this Sonic, 3 times ive been disappointed.. Its the worst location ive experienced, which is a shame because usually i like sonic. This one is awful quality.They barely even assemble the food. They act like they couldn't be bothered to provide customer service.This time, my large fries were half full and far from fresh, clearly just what was left in the bottom of the warmer. My drink is 90% ice. My burger is soggy on the bottom (not even on the condiment side, like it's been sitting on a cold surface and condensation formed) and has just has one big core chunk of lettuce.
I can't believe this location is still in business, the burgers are disgusting, so cold the cheese will not even melt. Looking at the patties you can tell they have been sitting for a while being that the edges are discolored, I have worked in fast food when I was young the patties take a whole 3 to 3 and a half minutes to cook! This is not nearly the first time this has happened it is every time! I cannot believe they have not been shut down but. And the icing on the cake was the hair IN my burger and that is infuriating! Someone will end up sick from this restaurant!!
Got here at 6:40am they weren’t open then they turned on the lights I asked for a breakfast toaster and was told the grill isn’t ready you’ve been open for 40 mins and it’s not ready ? I ordered a Dr Pepper and left then the Dr Pepper tasted awful definitely won’t be going back.
Last two times I visited this location they have been out of bananas when I try to order a banana shake and they can't make a decent breakfast burrito. First time was over cooked second time all the cheese was in the first bite. The rest of the burrito was dry.
