The service here was excellent and expedient. I'm pretty basic, so I got a sonic burger, fries and a cherry coke. The burger was big enough for the price, and very tasty. My girlfriend and I love getting cherry coke here because the cherry flavoring is better here than anywhere else we've been. All in all, it's definitely worth the trip.
Terrible service. No one answered the drive thru and when I pulled up to the drive thru window thinking the speaker didn't work I see the employees inside laughing and taking pictures on their phones. Two different employees looked at me sitting at the drive thru window, but still no one came over. This has happed the last two times. Seems this location is getting worse.
Pulled into a stall .. was told to move closer to the building or use drive thru... Went to the drive thru... Waited 10 minutes finally a worker came out to tell us that they had a man who wouldn't leave drive thru.. could we move to a stall. " I promise I'll get your order to you" he says .. Again we comply... Wa wait another 10 minutes... All we ordered was drinks... Lmao... Won't be visiting this Sonic again ..
Love Sonic Drive In ? ?. Always use app, 1/2 price drinks always... Also, get great rewards when using app. RUFE SNOW SONIC IS GREAT, FREINDLY CAR HOPS...
We had a couple small mishaps, chili cheese tots instead of cheese tots and forgot my step-daughter's ranch but they fixed it without any issue. The whole reason I wanted to leave a review though was our carhop. His name is Declan and his personality is just made for customer service! He was just beyond awesome and I wanted that to be known. Thanks, Declan, for being so cool from the jump and continued being awesome for the two more times you had to run in and out for us!
What a waste of money!! Sloppy put together burgers big chunks of lettuce falling apart bread half filled fries I won’t be back!
Their hamburgers have gone down hill. This used to be a great burger but not so much anymore. The chilli dogs, ice cream, and other drinks are still awesome.
This is the only Sonic I like. Every other Sonic I go to the food is always stale or old tasting. This Sonic on Rufe Snow is the best out of all of them.
This place is trash i orded a popcorn chicken with honey bbq they filled the entire bowl with it to the point it taste horrible
Quick friendly service. Great hours. Huge bummer that you can't use the app after 11 pm though.
