Love how it says open till 11 I leave the house and use my gas and time to only see the lights and it closed before 10:30. Gonna sue for false advertising . Happened more than once how hard is it to just update your online stuff so people don’t waste their time and gas . This happened on April 14th so they closed way too early thanks a lot sonic

Had to pull in and out of three different car hops because the screens were all broken. Every time I come here the old lady who brings me my food reminds me how much she hates the job and can’t wait to go home. People take forever to respond once the button is pressed (shout-out mobile app ordering, although this solution seems more like a band aid fix to your poor customer service than a convenience for your customers) and I always have to deal with someone’s poor attitude when I’m just tryna order a pretzel lmao. I don’t expect sonic to do anything for me or it’s own store with this review other than copy/paste a response about how sorry they are about my experience. Just want to try and shed light on the fact that this location is ran by actual zombies that do not care one bit about the customer. Two stars instead of one though because the food is actually good every time I go, it’s just an uncomfortable chore having to deal with the apathetic teenagers and miserable old lady that work there.
The servers are amazing and hustle. The food is not great. They need some cooks that care. Also way too much ice in the drinks. Even if I ask for lite ice it will be filled to the top.
Not only was the bacon on bacon cheeseburger not anywhere near like the commercial, most aren't, but this one was pathetic, and if there were pickles on it, they vanished before I got home! I also ordered a large tater-tots, called after I got home! You have to ASK FOR ketchup!
Ordered marinara with my food, didn’t get any. I pressed the button to get them. The carhop, Ginger, brings them out and says “you took our last ones, so now no one else gets any.” Not sure why that was even called for, but I won’t be coming back here anymore.
The person that asked for our order didn’t answer the red button until the THIRD time after I waited 6 minutes. We were one of THREE cars. When he did he was abrupt and I had to repeat my order because it was Wrong both times he repeated it back. When we got the order it was still WRONG. I proceeded to go to into the door and requested a manager. I was told HE was the manager. I told him he should be ashamed of the service example he was showing his employee. He stood with his arms crossed and didn’t even apologize. Then asked if I was through. We will never go to this location again and have told our friends not to go back to that location either.
This place had been declining for the past year. This past week though took the cake. Was waiting at the drive up for 25min after being asked to hold on. I tried saying hello anyone there five times before leaving. Absolutely ridiculous. If you have no workers just close the place down. This service was awful.
This location is so lazy and bummy that they actually lie and say their grill closes an hour before it actually does just so they don't have to work. They are the definition of what's wrong with this country and how lazy young people are now-a-days. Also the girl that takes orders was outside smoking weed with what looked like the evening manager while I wanted to order food well before closing time instead of letting me order and get food when Iwouldn't have cared if they finished first. The worst service and experience I've had at any fast food restaurant of this type.
My favorite quick and cheap place to stop! So many different drink options. I usually get a grilled cheese with pickles and a sweet tea.
