$5.00 for 2 donuts, that taste like they’re worth about a $1.00 & no napkins. I think this is my last time at Shipleys, There are places that are better.
Very good donuts. I'm a fan of the bear claw but need to get there before one o'clock or you might not get any. My daughter loves the donut holesI'm becoming a fan of the glazed donut. Like I said, very good donuts.
Love the food and the employees. I only wish they would bring back the original bread for the sausage rolls.
When I was driving to this shipleys my plan was to go through the drive-thru. When I arrived at the drive-thru there was no menu on the window. I didn’t know what I wanted so I changed my mind and went inside. I walk inside and the first thing the older woman behind the counter says is “why did you drive through the drive-thru” it was in this awful accusatory tone. Like I had done some horrific crime by going that way. She continued to “grill” me on how I shouldn’t have gone that way, because if her boss was there they would be chewing me out, which I hope isn’t the case. Her attitude was disgusting. For reference, I didn’t hold up any line by driving past the drive thru, as there was NO ONE else in the whole store. And the donuts weren’t even that good. They were dry and too airy, barely any donut in there, just air.
Everything I purchased ( ham & cheese roll, sausage roll, butterfly roll, glazed donut and filled donut) was over cooked. The food was very dry and disappointing. There is nothing worse than people who cook food who clearly don't have passion for it and it shows in the food. I guess they are content with being just another bad and boring restaurant.
I love Shipley's donuts, but when I went there the donuts were cold. I will say I went later in the day than normal, but that still isn't an excuse to be a cold donut. I will go back, but will go to the Arlington location. That's the location I prefer.

Donuts are always tasty and fun for every holiday! All of the staff are super friendly! Never too long of a wait either.
You've got a 50/50 chance at getting overcooked donuts. Service is good tho.
