Stopped 8n to have a great dinner, was seated after waiting about 5 mins, place was not busy.. got seated and after 10 mins of waitresses walking by with no acknowledgement of us being there ,we got up and walked out. Last time to stop there for me.
Just bought a take out. Terrible. Cold slaw no sauce just a cabbage mix no flavor, potatoe salad taste like Mayo no bread no onions or pickles and no dinnerware or napkins so I’m done here.BBQ mediocre.
We had stayed away from this establishment for a while due to poor service and being unclean.Today we went back and the energy has changed! Sara was fantastic as well as the other waitress. We let the manager know as he was working hard as well. Thanks guys!!
We had the best experience when dining there on a lunch date recently! Our waitress was Angelina and she was the absolute best waitress we have had in a very very long time! It was a skeleton crew with just her and a manager and of course a cook in back. But she kept everything coming right on time and had a pleasant attitude about it all! Very prompt and efficient service. Of course the potato salad is the main reason I come to eat BBQ there and not somewhere else and it was so delicious! Better than I can make at home! Can't wait for our next lunch date there!
Food is just okay - it used to be GREAT. Service is pathetic! If you order curbside dont count on anyone coming out to your car, go ahead and make that call to them but expect to be sent to voice mail or placed on hold. If you choose to just go in and get it yourself, expect to be left standing at the counter another 10 minutes. It doesnt matter if the place is bare bines or packed, the service and food it at its all time low. Should really consider a new manager AND staff. After all that...the food is cold. Go somewhere else!
Saturday pm May 14 we ordered onion rings. They were SO SALTY I told my daughter I wasn’t eating them, they could kill me (I have kidney disease), my daughter agreed they were too salty. The waitress heard us and picked the plate off the table and brought a new one with a batter that was not salty. Then I ordered the new potato wedges and again, very salty, my husband ate them and ate the fried okra that were also very salty. His blood pressure shot up to over 200 and he spent two days in ICU after eating your meal! Stop salting the food so much. Let people add salt to their food to taste, you’re killing people with the salt or change the cook! Will not be going back!
I'm very impressed with Red Hot & Blue North Richland Hills. I believe the Manager helped me today. Fantastic customer service. I picked up a peach cobbler 1 serving size. He just went out of his way. ? I
Just wanted to catch up over a casual lunch date with one of my good friends. This place is great for some good Texas style bbq & Southern comfort foods. I ordered the Two Timer, where you can choose 2 meats & 2 sides. I chose to have the smoked turkey breast & Texas brisket with some mashed potatoes & fried okra. It came with a delicious honey butter biscuit ?
Good food & pretty good service. Banana pudding was ok.
Good food waitress was working so hard. Very pleasant and accommodating.
