My husband made me rate it a 1 I was gonna give then a 2 . First off the food was horrible, the fries were as stale and old as can be . The sides small size were only filled halfway and the staff was rude !
10+ minutes without addressing the long drive through line. If you come and they don’t help you in the first 10 minutes then just leave. No point in trying to get anything from them. Guess if they ignore customers then their problems will go away.
Placed an online order to pick up after soccer practice. Upon my arrival I was told there would be a 15 minute wair for chicken. Once I did receive my food I checked everything was hot and fresh including the complimentary pie that was put in the bag for waiting. The manager was extremely kind and explained they sold more chicken than anticipated and appreciated my understanding.
I came especially for the home made macaroni & cheese, that wasn't ready yet because of course I was early and the manager made it just for me. I was not disappointed it was absolutely delicious ? oh the chicken and biscuits was too. It was well worth the cost and more
After swearing off the Popeye's at 26 & Harwood, I gave this location a shot.The first time, they were a little disorganized. I got the food quickly but it was cold. No problem... heated it up & it was great.The second time, the chicken sandwiches that we were served... I'm not sure that they were actually chicken, and they certainly didn't seem like Popeye's chicken sandwiches. They were grotesque. After taking a few bites, each of which I immediately spat out because the texture was completely awful, I tossed the entire sandwich.Popeye's has some of the best recipes in the entire fast food industry, but the much staff at the actual locations are very bad.
This is my second time here and I've never received such amazing service, especially from a Popeyes. Both times were because of Elena. She is literally an angel!! Answered my questions and was so accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious! Sooo glad she's working at this location as I will definitely be coming back because of her!
So ,I was in my work truck . Waiting to do an inspection . I wanted to eat here . But the drive is the only thing open . I couldn't get them on the phone I couldn't go inside . I couldn't walk through the drive thru ... So I went to the Baja cantina across the parking lot ... Sorry Popeyes .. I'm disappointed too!
I went to the store at North Richland Hills, TX today. They charged me $8.60 for 4 leg pieces - chicken only. When I asked “ Really? $8 for just 4 leg pieces? “ they wouldn’t care to explain and didn’t even bother giving me a receipt. First of all, I think I was charged high and second it was very unprofessional.
Worst popeyes location ever NOT an exaggeration you have been WARNED! I always go to another location even if it is out of the way. The staff here is terrible and they are always out of items. The lady in drive through with an accent is the rudest person ever. Screamed at me when i pulled up and was so rude i just left and will not return. She should be fired, popeyes is hurting their selves with this one by allowing her to stay ruining peoples days because she is unhappy with her job or her life
This location is hit or miss. Today I received perfectly fine service. However last time they had us pull around to the door to wait on our food (which was fine) but when we got to that spot we realized they didn’t give us straws. The lady who brought our food out to us wasn’t very nice. We let her know we didn’t get straws, she told us to pull back around to the window for them. Mind you, the line was very long. We could not believe she refused to go get us straws. We would have gone in ourselves but the doors were locked.
