I was skeptical to come due to the high volume of negative reviews, but thankfully I had a pretty good visit. Staff was courteous and my food was absolutely delicious. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese (oh my gosh it was so delicious), and a jalapeño with a biscuit with extra Buffalo sauce. I went inside to order.We all know the chicken sandwich is tasty, but it was my first time trying the mac and cheese, and WOW! I think I can say this was the best mac I’ve ever had and I have tasted much mac.Once again the staff was great. I did have to call multiple times, but someone finally answered. I will say because of the horrible reviews I actually didn’t expect anyone to answer and to my surprise, they did! And was very nice as well!
They never have any chicken ready their always out of something they lock their doors so you can’t go in and don’t even advise that on the door so people can stop walking up to it. Their service is terrible and it’s always just kids working there with no direction. The worst ever. I’ve lived here for years and it’s never changed
It's a lot of employees behind that counter but the only person that is working hard was the gentlemen working the register and the drive thru at the same time. I feel bad that person should not be doing all these jobs at once. He's doing drive-thru while he's taking the people in the actual restaurants order which is crazy to me when they have like 12 people back there. Why can't they just do it and they're just walking around in the way and then you know flipping some chicken around. For him to have to do two jobs is crazy to me..is he getting double the pay or what!?! I was very confused by that, but food was okay it was just all right it's just Popeyes, warm nothing to brag on.
Dat chicken bussin bussin. But I ordered a 8 piece family meal. I didn't get my 4 biscuits and the chicken wasn't spicy like I asked. Either way I enjoyed my meal
Well Ill start by saying i havent been to a popeyes in a frw years. Clearly for good reason, after driving around for 20 min. Trying to find a good place to eat that didnt have a long slow line. My wife and I decided to go to popeyes no line at all no one at all. Even with no other customers they still managed to mess up. Drinks with no starws ordered an extra cole slaw and got nothing in its place. I have to say the best part about my whole meal was the short line. After that it was all down hill. How can you mess up a big box and a classic with slaw? Right now my tummy is kinda upset and all ive had to day was water and popeyes. I hope its just BGs And nothing more.... next time i see no line ill think twice, clearly there was a reason for that when taco bell was wrapped around the corner
The Popeyes in Texas is the best in any of the states I've been in. Their chicken is always delicious and crunchy and hot
This location is a 100% useless.. I have gone 6 times by there over the last 4 months at night but they closed early and then a few other times were they had very very very very very very very very limited items. I called 6 × tonight to see if they are open and are willing to cook and serve the full menu . None of the useless people answered. Close the effing restaurant if you're not going to have people do their job. Driving past for the 6th time again to go to a competent one. Useleesssssss and undeserving of a pay check. Jan 18 at this location. At least fire the useless manager... jesus
So first off, I ordered the spicey chicken sandwich with fries. I received a 2 piece chicken mild with fries, and a biscuit.I did not go back when I noticed it was totally wrong because I was starving when I made the purchase. But I guess that was a mistake. Not only was the food not good, but as you can clearly see in the attached photo the chicken received, still has feathers attached to it! ? I mean! #GETITTOGETHERPOPEYES
How do you not have chicken? It’s your main staple!! Tell me come back in maybe an hour. Asked why? Due to staff shortage and shift change .
Went through the drive thru. Service was good. My order took a little longer than usual I thought, but all that aside my meal was hot, tasted great, and I will be returning and recommending this location to others.
