This place is absolutely delicious and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It'll suck when I move, I'll definitely miss having them down the street.
I love their pizzas and nacho sticks. My only complaint is when it gets delivered they put the order in a trash bag to keep it warm. Need to invest in some thermal delivery bags.Update. Got trash bagged again.
How annoying! I just tried to place an order for delivery and got told that my $16 pizza doesn’t qualify for delivery. My order has to be at least $20. What? I never had this issue at the Mr. Jim’s in Haslet. I’m not dragging my kids out to pick up a pizza when I specifically called for delivery. I am willing to pay a delivery fee and cannot even get that.
Very good pizza! I think the ingredients here are fresh! Any that you try you will like, especially the veggies. I also like the crust, I had the garlic and herb crust.
They food is really good. But I wouldn't use a credit card any more....This is the second time I had to call them because they took money off my card for a tip that I didn't authorized. Watch your cards because they wait a day or two to take the extra money off....I give cash tips never on my card so to get a notification for that was unbelievable
Spent $22.50 (with a coupon..)First time trying Mr. Jim's since moving to the area. Ordered two medium 2 topping pizzas.Hamburger meat was distasteful and old.The medium size is smaller than the surrounding pizzerias and more expensive which is fine if the quality was above average and it was not.Both pizzas were overcooked. Toppings were burnt. The employee i spoke with on the phone was very hopeful, the only positive thing.Won't be buying here again.
I called an order in for pick up and Danielle was great. Honestly I haven’t been too impressed with customer service lately at other restaurants, but Danielle was very helpful from the start. She informed me of a coupon and saved me a little money which is always a plus. Her customer service is by far the best I’ve had in awhile. Will be back for sure.
Pizza was not fully cooked, 2 out of 3 pizza's was missing a topping. It didn't taste good. Not a place I would recommend.
Don't know how the reviews are so high on here... Called and ordered a pizza at 6:44pm. Was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. Called 1 hour and 7 minutes later and the woman that answered was terrible and so rude. Said the pizza was ready, she had a driver and it was going out.. I live 1.2 miles from the location.. 25 minutes later I call to cancel... No apology, no willingness to make it right, nothing.... Waited almost 2 hours for a pizza that never came... I don't think it's fair that I can't give less than 1 star when a service is so terrible.
