The kid in the drive thru never puts any ketchup in the bag and acts like its a huge inconvenience when you ask for it. Ask for "a lot" and you will get 2 packets, no matter how many items you have. Ask for more, and even with his coworkers calling him out, he will declare you can only have 5. Its not like you're paying for food here or anything... Luckily when they mess up your order and you have to go inside, you can take all the ketchup you want.
The young man in the drive thru needs yo learn people skills, I order a large orange juice and he just gave me my food but no drink, I finally got it but it was watered down so I went inside and ask the manager this guy "manager" for a proper orange juice not orange flavored water and he just took my cup and send the young man to give it to me, not even bother to look at me, I paid for it it was not free, they both need to get trained if they don't like dealing with people get another job.

Excellent, fast, kind, attention to detail on your order. I figured everyone has had Mc D's so they know what it tastes like?. Inside station and restaurant clean and neat
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!I have gone at least twice for myself but I also avoid picking up doordash orders because NOT ONCE has my/ any of my customers food been correct or edible When I spoke to the manager about getting a refund, she disconnected the phone. The service and food here is absolutely revolting!
20+ minutes to get food 3 in the queue the rest waiting for 4 sandwiches while 15 cars go after you only to find out they completely forgot you where sitting there waiting for your meal thanks for the waste of time I won't be returning to this place I know it's hard to convince people to work for this company but God that's ridiculous
This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the metroplex. The last 3 times I have been there they have managed to screw up my order. I'll assume that the High School students that run the business could care less about customer service. I'm not coming back!!
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! THE WORST EVER!!! BREAD WAS STALE, THE MEAT WAS DRIED OUT,THE PLACE HAD A FUNNY SMELL TO IT.....I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!
Probably hard to really give this title to one store, but this is definitely the most unprofessional McDonald's I've ever been at. There is some kind of party going on, got the music cranked up so high can barley hear yourself think and people in regular clothes are just walking back and forth from the kitchen as they please. Never seen this level of apathy at a McDonald's in my life.
I had four different special orders and they got it right. The food was hot and fresh. The sweet tea was on point.
