very clean and nice staff.
It... it's McDonald's... there's nothing wrong with this specific location. It's just like all the rest. I'm sure the employees are underpaid, the food is luke warm, and the ingredients are subpar... just like all the other locations. So... if you've had McDonald's anywhere else, expect the same here.
Food was good , now why the 2 star well let's begin ,first I was standing there for like 5 mins (no one eles in line) and just kept ignoring me until I ask for help. Second asked for no pickles and yup you guessed it , it came with pickles and last but not least small soda cup with no refills how amazing ?
Something smells funny as soon as you walk in this restaurant now. I’ve been coming here for probably 25 years and don’t understand how they remodeled the place but it now stinks, you can’t get your own napkins or straws or refills anymore. So you’re forced to wait behind the people in line that don’t want to work the self check out just so you can get a couple napkins. We get our food and I take a bite of my food to realize it tastes like that funny smell I noticed right when we came in. So yea, the vegetable oil or something is either old or contaminated or something. I hope we don’t get sick! Doubt we’ll be coming back to this location. Sad face ?
Manager was rude. My order was only 3.50 but got charged 11.50. He was rude and very hurried. I felt like he just wanted to get rid of me. Didn't care at all tried to blame their mistake on me.
Okay roughly 5 minutes ago my father comes home with McDonald's from this location and got me a Big Mac, him a Quarter Pounder, and our roommate another burger. The Big Mac tasted sour and gross, the Quarter Pounder tasted horrible and the other burger didn't make it in the bag and lastly the Fries were sad and flavorless. The only thing good there was the Small Sprite I got, and even that taste off too.
The kid at the window needs to spend less time preaching at the cars in the drive thru. As a Christian I don’t like to see my faith being used to harass people. Particularly the tired and hungry.Nobody wants an ambush with their chicken nuggets. Reread Matthew 6:5 and knock it off.
They have done away with all day breakfast! Their most popular food and they stop it!! We got nothing! The girl in the drive thru could have cared less!
The young man at the first window , at about 7 o’clock on December 1st is about the nicest man I have ever met . We’re going through some tuff times on this night and just so happens he in some weird way he knows and asks if he can pray for us . We met him and it was beautiful. What a coincidence that he just knew . People like that are incredible and we need more of them in the world. I think he deserves a raise . I mean he’s working at McDonald’s and keeping his spirits high . What a good guy . Really .
There's no reason to still have your lobby closed. At the very least put delivery orders somewhere people can get to them without waiting half an hour in the drive-thru. You get extra business from our work making you more available, show at least a little respect for our time.
