Good food, friendly staff. In the past 4 out of 4 visits, they have left multiple items out of my to-go order. I don’t understand how this can happen literally 100% of the time, but I check the bag before leaving and we’re always missing items. They do take care of the problem, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to go back to the counter every time.
Maddie met us with a beautiful smile and friendly welcome, as my wife and I walked in McAlister's for the first time, for lunch. Maddie explained the menu and questions I had, she was patient and professional. Maddie made me feel at home, she also made great honest suggestions. I wish I would've Tipped the staff more than 15%. I didn't realize how much of a prompt and attention to detail Sandwich/Deli Shop McAlister's is. Julie was very fast bringing our order to my wife and I. Kiera was super nice to us also, but Kiera got busy with other customers. It was starting to get busy. Jimmy, Maddie, Julie and other staff were running and were very attentive to all the customers' needs that were there having lunch. Thank you Maddie, you are right Mac&Cheese and cookies are delicious.I really like the club sandwich, the ham and turkey had a great deli flavor. The bread was toasted lightly and lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and crisp and ripe flavor. I didn't see much bacon on the club though. My Wife thoroughly enjoyed the Rueben.The Staff does a great job keeping the Deli super clean. The Staff makes you feel at home and welcome
Cashier was awesome. Food fantastic. Restaurant was trashy (floor). Napkin holders were empty. Other than that everything was fine.
The employees are just really kind, especially the on shift manager. Good for a quick dinner. We really liked their baked potatoes and huge water cups.
We ordered a delivery through their website tonight for dinner as we’ve done before, unfortunately they forgot my sandwich, so my husband called and they offered us a complimentary meal in the future which is very kind, but being gluten free my options are limited on what I can eat. So my husband explained that it was the main part of my meal and was wondering if there was any way we could get it delivered. The manager took down our address and PERSONALLY delivered it. So so kind. He also included a sugar cookie and a coupon for 2 meal comps in the future. Great customer service. Thank you. Truly above and beyond.
Delicious food, great service and the best tea in town!
I have to start by saying normally this location does pretty well. However on this visit (4/6/22), I brought my family in for dinner. Their food came out good.. Mine however not so much. I ordered ultimate nachos. The plate that they were served on had brown stains all over the plate. At first I thought it was from the food. Then I realized the stains were dried on the plate and that tells me they had been there for a minute. So I was a bit frustrated that my food was served to me on a drity plate. Not only is that completely disgusting but, you would think that in the time that we're in now, businesses would practice HEALTHY and CLEAN practices to keep their customers safe... Especially in this industry! I calmy walked up to the counter and just asked for a new plate. The nice young lady said ok, I watched as she walked to the manager on duty and told him what happened. She then came back and said "He's making you a new one", I thanked her and went back to my table. She brought me a new plate of ultimate nachos. It was literally a plate of chips witha dollop of sour cream and very little toppings... I feel like the second time around they made it with such little toppings as a way to say "F U" to me for asking for a new CLEAN plate. On top of that, the manager couldn't even take the time to come out and give a simple apology. He didn't want to be bothered with it. They weren't busy. This all happened at about 7:45 pm on 4/6/22. I spent $50 bucks here to eat of a dirty plate and then be punished for bringing it to their attention. Hopefully this will be addressed and no one else is subjected to this treatment and maybe this post will help others either avoid the situation or be treated a little better than we were.
Never disappointed. Great place. My daughter orders at least 1 or 2 a week. P/ U. Is always ready when I get it.
Talk about a delicious sandwich! The roast beef and chicken salad sandwich was simply scrumptious! I love the freshness of the fruits as well! I can’t wait to pack my picnic basket full of fresh food from McCalister’s and sit by the water! You should definitely try it out!
I got this orange cranberry club sandwich. It was delicious. I also got the Mac N cheese, which was delicious as well. I also got a bite of the harvest chicken salad which was better than the sandwich. Got an unsweet tea to drink. I went with a group. Walking in the restaurant was clean, we was not welcomed in. The cashier was nice, they all was actually. The order did not take long at all, there was 10 of us in the group. The restaurant was clean also. Will definitely be back.
