I’m impressed with how the managers deal with upset customers, I personally didn’t have a Problem with my order but walking into the store hearing people upset that they didn’t get what they had ordered and issues being resolved promptly without hesitation make me cheerful. Good pizza too, get the “romasan” with garlic butter crust.. you’ll thank me later
Odd Customer Service ….The Marco’s App says it won’t deliver to my address but when I called they said YES we can deliver to you, BUT they won’t allow me to use the 25% off coupon !That is ONLY for the first ON LINE order I was told !What a SAD way to run a business !You won’t get my business ….I will continue to call Pizza Hut and Domino’s
Well for the first time I called Uber eats to pick up my pizza because they didn't want to deliver my pizza on a very slow day they have delivered to me in the past with no problems but for some reason whatever it is they decided they didn't want to do it my truck was in the shop I was hungry for a pizza and it was 2:30 in the afternoon they said they were not busy I said that you guys have brought me pizza before will you bring me one they said no we will not do it so I thought okay I'll call Uber eats well it showed up an hour later plus the Uber driver forgot to pick up my 20 oz Pepsi which they should have had with the order so I blame Marco's Pizza I called Marco's Pizza for a refund they said you have to call Uber could not get a hold of uber their phone number is disconnected could not find a contact website so I'm out the price of a 20 oz Pepsi Marcos got paid for a soda they didn't even have to send out they are the ones that should have reimbursed me in my opinion plus the assistant manager was very rude I think he was having a bad day why I don't know they were slow maybe he didn't want to work but I will not order from this place again I'll wait till the new one opens up closer down the street if at all
Ordered a pizza and it showed up over an hour later than what was told would be delivery time. Pizza finally showed up and it was “stone cold” and the part that bothers me the most is that I had included a generous tip. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again for some time.
My sister and I went for dinner took less than 15 min. To get food and it was good. Got a large pizza and cheesey bread for 16 dollars, thought that was a good deal.
Great customer service. I accidentally ordered cheddar cheese online and when I got to the store the manager remade my pizza for me. This place has the best pizza around and Patrick really helped me out a lot! You guys are awesome!!! Thank you so much. I will definitely be back!!!
Pizza was ok,but they didn't give us the flavor crust we ordered. No packets of parm or red pepper we ordered as well. The cut of the pizza was messed up and the problem with that was it was a half mushroom and half jalapeño pizza and one didn't have as many slices as the other. The cheese bread wasn't cut at all either. But it did taste ok so that is good I guess
Everytime I go in there no matter how busy they can get the service is always exceptional and make it where I won't go anywhere else for my pizza ever again ???
Placed an order through Door Dash for delivery. Two different dashers arrived to pick up my order and had to leave because the one pizza I ordered was still not ready. An hour later my order was cancelled by Marco's and they closed for the day. Well, so did lots of other places I could have originally ordered from by that time!! If you can't make an order that comes in, deny the order then. Don't sit on it for an hour and then close up shop. I won't be ordering from this location again.
Great pizza place around here. I have giving them my business for 6 years now and I do recommend them to family and friends
