Went for lunch buffet and something on the salad bar tasted spoiled. I believe it was the cheese. Told one of the employees and she took the container of cheese off the salad bar but by then my stomach was so upset. Not sure I'd come here again. Buffet was limited, not very many types of pizza to choose from. The place had a good lunch crowd so I was surprised that the experience didn't go very well.
Ate there yesterday with my family and friends, had food poisoning all night.. the pizza is mostly crust, the wings has a pile of grease at the bottom, the cheese sticks had so much grease. Honestly you’d get a better tasting pizza from domino’s. I hope not all locations are as disgusting as this one.. how is it that four people go, and four people end up with food poisoning. I wonder how many other families from yesterday are dealing with food poisoning now.
My husband and I ate here for the first time last night. The pizza was okay, but nothing special. The crust got soggy quickly, which was unappetizing. When we went to get our drinks, the soda machine was dirty, and the part that you push your cup against to get ice was covered in different colored sodas and other stuff. It looked like it hadn't been wiped down in days. We got there at 6pm on a Saturday, so I'm sure they had been really busy, and possibly short handed like many restaurants are these days. That's the reason I'm giving them 3 stars.
I went to this location on Valentine's Day. I walked in and immediately felt something was wrong. The young girl, high school age, behind the counter had obviously been crying. She shot a look at an older man who was the manager who happened to be sitting down at a table. The manager then yells at her not to stare at him. I am of course very uncomfortable with this. The young lady then says I'm not staring at you I was wondering if I could go home. And the manager says that he was just thinking about sending her home. It was clear they had some sort of fight just before I walked in. When I saw her again she was visibly still upset and crying. She then left the store. Even though I was uncomfortable and did not want to stay and eat my pizza there, I thought I'll just eat very fast and get out of here. I wish I had left when the young employee left. Another young male, high school age, employee was about to get off work and he was talking about his plans for Valentine's Day with his girlfriend. I was sitting at a table by the door for a quick exit. As the young male employee was walking towards the door, the older male manager said loudly across the room, "Just remember whatever she does, I can do better". I was shocked and disgusted to hear a male manager openly say that to his male high school aged employee. That is completely inappropriate. If an older man talked to my son in that way, let's just say we would have a problem. So while their pizza is good I don't want to support such a toxic and evil work environment.
Absolutely horrible. Went for lunch buffet and they only put out one pizza. Which was gone in 2 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes for a pizza to be added to the buffet.... And nothing no pizza was delivered to the buffet. But 4 people came in for pick-up. You're gonna tell me that you have one pizza oven to accommodate pick-up and dine-in? Lazy and a horrible way to do business. Will never return.
The combo pizza is delicious!!! Every pizza we’ve tried has been really good. We tried eating in their location today and loved the atmosphere as well.
They are friendly and so helpful. I had the gluten free cauliflower crust and it was the best I've had. The sauce is so tasty and really brings the pizza together. The grilled chicken and mushrooms were done perfectly and so fresh. Definitely delicious!
Tasted like microwave pizza and took over an hour to get delivered. Was cold and cheese tasted stale. Literally no flavor, had to ask if anyone else tasted anything.
Great pizza. Loooong wait.I get pizza here once in a while for pickup. My greatest frustration is they always overshoot the quoted time by 20+ minutes so you have to stand around and wait. Today they quoted 40 min. It took over 90 min.
We dined in and it really should be a courtesy to ask if people have been before to make sure they understand what the wait will be.The wait for a pizza made mostly of crust and barey any toppings was not worth it. And when asked about the wait we were told we'll its usually an hour wait on Friday which is fine. Could have let unsuspecting customers know.What sauce was on the pizza was good but again mostly crust. Probably won't return.Better pizza for better value around
