We came here because it had good reviews. Not sure why. The tortillas are not home made but okay. My husband got the Menudo and he said it was barely average with no flavor. I got the pozole the juice had no flavor and the meat was very questionable. I don't think it was even pork but it tasted old and bland. Then they gave me lettuce instead of cabbage. Not sure who likes this type of food but it is nothing like what we eat in Mexico.
I have eaten here many times. The quality and taste of the food is great. Service is good too.

I'd always only ordered their food from a delivery service, but today, I decided to pick up. Called in my order & waited in car until ready, masked up & went inside. NOT A SINGLE WORKER WORE A MASK!. I saw 6-7 people behind the counter & in the kitchen. They didn't wash hands after handling money, & the young lady who put the lid on my drink flat-palmed it & kept pushing trying to get it to seal. Normally, I would have just walked out, but they are really nice & I didn't want to stiff them with an unpaid order, so I paid but didn't tip (I always tip for carry out orders--even more during the pandemiic), took the food, left & threw it away. It's really sad & frustrating because I prefer supporting local, independently-owned businesses, but I can't overlook their lapses when only 55% of Tarrant County is vaccinated & just last week had over 15k new cases.
The chorizo tacos and horchata were yummy!!!
I ordered a Tripa Taco and Mexican Style Breakfast Taco with potatoes through UberEats and It was so good!! Also, their horchata was pure fresh, you can taste the arroz!

We usually eat here often, always been great food and service... but today the menudo was extremely salty and I asked with hominy and it was as if they counted the grains out... and my husband asked for the fried egg plate, sub the rice with potatoes... came out with rice.. I pointed it out.. was told potatoes would come out and they never did... then young lady touches tables and I advised the potatoes never came out.. and to please cancel at this point... I hope it was just an off day for them....
