I want to recognize two outstanding employees that went over & above to please a customer. To summarize, I came through the drive thru right at closing time and ordered some chicken breast and was told they did not have anymore cooked because closing time was within 20 minutes. Brandon who was working the window consulted with his manager (Abel) and together Abel & Brandon recognized a bad situation and together they turned a bad deal into a very satisfied customer. They complimented my dinner with extra chicken and coleslaw for the inconvenience. I was extremely satisfied KFC customer Thanksvtonthe dedication of these two employees. These guys deserve a “10” and I will be back to do business with this Establishment again. KFC takes good care of thier customers!!’Thank you Guys,Jeff Hendricks
Not what it used to be. The last 3 times we have gotten chicken here it's always dry and just taste like it's been sitting there for a day or two. I would choose Popeye's over KFC.
Employees were excellant. I had a special order that took an additional 20 minutes. I was informed if this before the sale. All went perfect. The only downside was that the size of the dark chicken was much smaller than I remember getting years ago. Flavor and quality was superb.
The staff is rude and they never have anything ready, including chicken. They'll ignore you and pretend not to hear you. This one honestly deserves zero stars.
We went to try the Beyond Chicken Nuggets and they were excellent! The dining room was clean and the staff was friendly. Great experience overall.
Screw this ripoff joint. Just pd 29.22 for a 16 piece chicken and only got 14 pieces with no legs at all. Now they won't answer the phone. That's ok I'll be going back there tomorrow. Don't waste your money here. Go to Lisa's chicken. Ya get what ya pay for there. Smh.
I don't eat much fried food any more, so this was a dietary splurge. I actually got sick from the food, which has never happened before at this location. ?
Wrost customer service. Try to order by drive thru and employee can even understand what they are saying, so decided to go inside, was worst, manager didnt even came to me to tell what he need to say that i couldnt order inside.
Ordered 24 piece honey barbecue wings with drumsticks only, no flappers. When I got home with my togo order, I received absolutely no barbecue sauce, only naked wings and my order was mostly flappers along with only a few drumsticks. Very dissatisfied with the food I received!
