The air conditioning vents are full of mold this should be a health hazard.
I am going to report this location to headquarters due to the lack of ability to follow simple instructions. There is a dark-haired guy with glasses that for the life of him cannot help but to cut your sandwich when I asked directly to his face not to do so just seconds before he does it. Either he has the worlds shortest attention span or does it on purpose but you can literally tell him while he has a knife in hand not to cut your sandwich while he was looking you in the eyes and he will continue to do so I mean it is seriously pathetic because it has happened at least 4 times to me at this location
Customer service by cashier today was horrible. She was just rude.....
customer service here is out of control employees really make you feel like you are not the priority. They have way too many personal conversations. There needs to be a change in management in my opinion
The sandwiches are tasty but this location is awful in terms of service. They are always understaffed and the online ordering system is a joke because sandwiches are never ready when you arrive for pick up. We’ve given them multiple chances hoping that the slow service was a fluke but it’s always the same. I feel bad for the teenagers that are left holding the bag for poor management of this store.
Carlos was really nice! he helped me and all my friends. we came up at different times for sandwiches and he made it each time and didn’t complain. he sparked conversation and was incitful.
As I walk in I am greeted with a smile and a hello from the employees there greetings and their attitude make a persons day way better I always order the number 9 and they always make it to perfection. One thing Is the music is always loud and my mother always has trouble hearing the employees talk to her about her sub. Overall great place to eat
me and my family have been coming here for a while now but lately they are extremely understaffed and the employees look way overworked things were better a couple months ago
I ordered a giant 17( steak sandwich) I asked for a giant white roll meat well done no salt or cheese. I asked can you just put fired onions and extra fried green bell peppers on it. I repeated it 3 times the guy wrote it down but not only did they not put extra green bell peppers on it they put sweet peppers on it instead. If you write it down how can you get it wrong? They do have green bell peppers so why that would confuse them I don’t know why? They should have a selection on the board were you can tell them what you want any on it so they just don’t make the number on the board. At least they kept the cheese off of it. This is not the first times a Jersey Mike’s messed up an order. Kimberly
That is the best B.L.T I have ever had AWASOME AWASOME sandwich and very nice people who work there very friendly Jersey mike.s is 3 steps up from subway and jimmyjohns they use fresh real bacon nice and crispy and rosemary bread is awasome
