This location is far better than the one down the road. This location tends to be a little cleaner and staff a little more guest friendly. The food is hit or miss depending on the day it seems. I have been disappointed with Jack-In-The-Box for about the last 10 years as food quality has dropped. Still love the tacos and chicken sandwiches.
Everyday I stop by to get a drink on the way to work it's always a major deal to order a sugar free m maid every single time they don't even know what they have and argue with me every time I need to find someone else that carries it. Always starts my day bad. Being diabetic I've been given regular before and it causes dangerous sugar levels...I can't trust them
By the time I got home, about a 10 minute drive, fries were cold and burger was lukewarm. Usually they are warm. I won't be coming here anytime soon.
This location is advertised to be open until midnight on Sunday night. It's 10:15 and all of the open signs are on and the drive thru is lit up, but when you try to place an order, the girl comes on the speaker and says they're closed cuz they just cleaned the floor. Isn't that something you should do after hours instead of closing early and losing business? Or since you don't get paid overtime, close early so you don't have to stay late and screw the company & the customers both? At least have the decency to turn off the lights and he open sign.
If I could give it a 0 star I would. I Hate this place... I don't know why I keep coming to this place to spend my money. Poor customer service, long wait, short staff, very unprofessional ect. I can go on and on. I guess I go because it's extremely close to my house, other than that I hate coming here. I Don't recommend at all.
I don’t care what other people are saying there food was Probley the freshest and best food I’ve had from jack in the box.I ordered a chicken sandwich on 11/24 at around noon at the drive thru and got a super hot and fresh sandwhich and really good fries.All the staff where really nice and made sure I had everything I needed.
I was given the wrong order, drove back and asked them to remake my order so it was fresh. I was rushed off and sent home with the same original order that had been sitting there for about 20 mins. Food was NOT freshly made. Fries and burger were cold. I would’ve appreciated they at least do the right thing and make my food again instead of lying to me and making me believe they did just go get rid of me. I’ve just spend my entire lunch break dealing with this. Very disappointed with this place, I will certainly not be going back anytime soon.
The sweet tea tastes horrible as it had gone bad, the fries were old, stale and cold.
Have always had a great experience at this location! Everyone is friendly the store is always extremely clean!Thank you for setting the example!!!
I dont know what kind of dirty disgusting people they hire but my food always has hair in it. Like long strands. That is the last time. Never eating here again! Don't eat here unless you like eating other peoples unwashed hair. Which leads me to think how dirty they are
