This place is known for what it's known for ... yes, "the wings." Having said that, I wish the To Go pickup process were a little more friendly for us delivery gig drivers at this particular location... allow me to elaborate. While I'm standing in the foyer waiting for orders, staring down at my phone, trying with all my might not to notice "the wings," customers are piling in the whole time wondering who this vagrant is, laughing at memes, seemingly waiting for someone to show up, only for no one to appear. Option number 2 is to stand at the hostess stand, blocking the already narrow, high traffic walkway used by staff, customers, etc. (And I dare you to try and not notice said wings standing in there, lest ye be chased away and branded a pre-vert. Forgive me, I digress..) I suppose that wouldn't be a big problem but sometimes you have to wait for 15 minutes or more for the order and that's a long time to be in the way of a busy restaurant staff. I'm sure there are a couple more things I am missing but this is what I notice most as I tend to try and stay out of the way, however it is sometimes difficult to do so. Now, after all that, the restaurant staff itself is always awesome. Don't know his name but dude with the hat and combat boots is always polite, accurate, hospitable, and working. Never seen that dude just standing around, he's always doing something or helping someone. Keep up the great work guys, I'll come eat one day. Until then, "I'll just be waiting for my order out here, thank you."
I was ripped my was fish& chips which was 13.00 dollars and some change my drink was 4.50 .I was charged for tater tots 1.59 and 108 for to dipping sauce 1 was tarter and the other was cocktail sauce when I confronted waitress she informed that tarter tots were extra and curly fries came with the meal which I didn't get .when she asked me at the time which did I want waffle fries ,curly fries or tarter tots failed to inform that curly fries came with the order and that tarter tots were extra charged and 59 cents for each dipping sauce that should . have came with the order at no extra charge I will not make a return trip . I give zero stars. And didn't receive any curly fries with my order the server made it sound like it was my choice of which potato products I would like with my order

Disliked the waitresses under dressing for the job. Way too much skin showing. Women at work should be viewed as worthy not as sexual objects. Not a family friendly place. My waitress was nice during a customer pickup order.....the one star is for not treating woman as honorable and worthy.
Food was fair. Beer was cold. Good happy hour prices! However, somehow a cracked glass slipped into the freezer. It was served with dark beer. Bartender missed it, server missed it, then I missed it. Cut my lip. Hooked it grabbed like a fish hook. Pulled away and I'm bleeding. Asked the manager what he could do to make it right. He comped one $5.00 beer. Best he could do. That was less than my expectation. Try eating spicy wings with a cut lip. Good times. I'm probably not going back here because of manager's cavalier attitude about my experience.
The breaded buffalo wings was real good very moist very spicy. Their curly fries was hard and extra drive with no flavor like it's been sitting there for over an hour nasty! 5stars for wings. 1star for curly fries
Food was great, service was good, parking lots was trashy, and Men's restroom was FILTHY. Both doors on the only 2 toilets were off there hinges and 1 was "out of order". The paper towel machine was flashing red and out of paper when we got there, and completely broken and taken apart on the floor and counter when we attempted to wash our hands after 1 hour to leave. Perfect example of how a few things can ruin a trip. Fix the the restrooms and clean up the trash in the parking lot.
Came here with my friends a few times, but the service was practically nonexistent each time we went. Eventually I just started ordering to go instead of actually coming in and sitting down. There were multiple times that I had to wait over an hour past the scheduled pickup time. Today was the last straw. Scheduled pickup for 2:30 pm (when the restaurant isn’t that busy) and I didn’t leave with my food until 3:27 because it wasn’t ready when I got there. Overall I’m just tired of this location. I gave it multiple chances because it’s the closest one to where I live, but each time they disappoint me. If I want hooters again I’ll go to one of the other locations in Fort Worth. They’re a bit farther away, but at least I’ll be receiving much better customer service.
Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered smoked wings (cold) fried pickles (hot) chili cheese fries (cold and stale). Roach crawled across tv right above our booth. We told them and we said it was no big deal because we killed it FOR THEM but asked for a free round of drinks… manager couldn’t even do that. I was half joking but it rubbed me wrong so we left.
I would give this place 0 stars, but 1 is as low as I can go. The bartender on Friday night copped an attitude when I asked if she could give me a rag so I could clean off the bar... Then I had to practically tell her I would like a drink. I ordered Buffalo Chicken tacos and she brought them out without any cabbage on them. When I aske where's the cabbage, she said "They're out". After talking to the Manager, he said they are not out...I don't know what is going on there, but this is the lousiest Hooters on the planet.Don't waste your time or money on this place.Also, the restrooms are always filthy.
