Beat the heat on the 4th and went to Fuzzy's and sat on the patio with the most perfect misters I have ever experienced. We split an order of nachos and each had a margarita which was excellent and it was on special because it was Margarita Monday. The nachos were awesome, be sure to ask for jalapenos because they don't put them on unless you ask . The total before tip was under $18. We were having so much fun we skipped going to see the fireworks. Saw Fireworks off the highway driving the drive home, so not a total loss?
Very disappointed.First time ordering to go and it is NOT the same.I have little toppings compared to inside. And I have sooo many chips with nothing to put or dip them in.I paid $1.25 extra for guacamole. With BARELY a spoon of it on my nachos. This is nachos to you? I paid $10.00 for my meal.Very upset.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but my nickle comes at a premium these days, as well as my expectation of food I order. The ground beef tacos, hard shell were horrible! I also ordered a shrimp quesadilla, shredded brisket beef burrito, ground beef soft tacos. Not so good either. The best thing with the order was the soft cheese that came with the nachos. I don't remember Fuzzy's being this bad before but now I"ll never forget this.
Over priced and always gets our order wrong. Also, im pretty sure they go out of their way to construct the food as terribly as they can.We are done. That photo is of $13 fajita beef nachos...
We used to enjoy coming here but today's visit was less than stellar. They are sacrificing quality to save a buck it seems. The queso tasted grainy, almost like a powder mix or something, it was truly awful and the pork nachos I ordered were covered in that queso, but also included a free bone! Would have done serious damage had I not noticed it before taking that bite. And the final straw was my very dry and almost overcooked fish taco, very... chewy. We won't be back and I don't think we'll be missed, it seems whoever owns this establishment typically only replies to the "glowing" reviews that boost them up.
I really love this fuzzy’s we probably eat here a few times a month. Unfortunately we always get our food to-go and occasionally something gets left out or made wrong, it happens. Called about a month ago and the guy over the phone offered to replace my food, and finally came in tonight to have the order corrected. The guy working the counter was really friendly and insisted that they fix everything they messed up and that I didn’t have to pay. Which is really awesome. I’ve had restaurants where I’m dining in not even be willing to fix a messed up order, customer service goes a long way. In the end, what’s a few dollars worth of food between a restaurant and a customer. Hope that guy gets a raise.
Paid about 30 bucks for some tacos, a bowl and the nachos all looking like this. Hardly any meat on the meals, what's up with that?
Not the greatest experience .. tacos were very dry and nachos were super juicy .. frequent several different fuzzys and I've never seen it before.
We walked in during lunch time. There was only a few other customers eating, no line. As we approached the counter we were not immediately greeted. we had asked about several drink options that are staples of Fuzzy’s and was told no with very little explanation. Then when asking about a limited time drink and the options the employee slammed the cup down and rolled her eyes. Very little help and the most unfriendly staff we have ever encountered. Left and went to the Alliance location and was greeted with amazing customer service.
The service is despicable! I called to place an order for pick up, I was placed on hold and told I was going to have to wait for 10 minutes. They left me on hold for 18 minutes. I showed up to the location because I really wanted fuzzy. I figured, wow they must be slammed, uh no! There was literally one other custom inside. Terrible I will never ever visit this location again !
