I’ve gone to this location for several years and never had any problems. Just the occasional wait when they get busy like any other food place. Staff throughout the years have always been friendly to me and the place is always clean when I walk in. The food is pretty consistent and I’ve only had a few not perfect sandwiches in my 5+ years of coming here. This location is 10 minutes from home and has been my go to since I found it. I’ve eaten inside and taken to go orders but never ordered ahead of time or used Uber so I can’t speak of the service in that regard.Firehouse is the ONLY sub sandwich place I eat at (I don’t like subway or jimmy johns) and I get the same thing every time. I’ve tried multiple sandwiches and they are all good, but the Italian is the best one in my opinion. The soda is crisp and well carbonated, the sandwiches are warm and comforting, and they have a good selection of chips and drinks.I’m not much of a reviewer, but after seeing so many other people review this location I thought I’d throw my two cents in.
Got sick immediately after eating here I ordered hook and ladder sub and got sick right after and so did my mom who also ate half of the sandwich 4/10/22 BE CAREFUL EATING HERE!!!! Ham didn’t smell right I think it was spoiled and old , ordered a hot sub and it was ice cold and not fresh …. I won’t ever come back here after getting sick from eating here and it’s way too expensive for what you get!!! Avoid this place
All I was doing was picking up an order. With 4 people working they were curt, rushed, and pretty much shoved my order at me. I did not receive all of my order, was met with almost annoyance for asking for a cup for my drink. Just mediocre service and not impressed.
Never had a bad sandwich here. Always great food and great service as well!

ZERO Customer service. Go to the Firehouse Subs in Euless. They take cate of you as a customer. Worth the drive to Euless. The food is good if you want to wait 15 minutes to get a sandwich and be the only one there.
