Meh. My expectations were not met with what I paid for.I got the original burger with everything on it plus an egg. The burger was just okay. It wasn’t juicy even with the egg. It does tastes the best with the Tabasco sauce they have on the tables. The sweet potato fries were inconsistently crunchy. Some were soggy and some were crunchy.The boneless chicken wings were okay at best. You are better off going elsewhere for wings.The shake was good. It was the best part of the whole experience. The burger with Tabasco was second.The best value is the kid’s meal. I can’t believe it cost $14 for a mediocre adult combo meal.FYI. It can get warm in the restaurant in this Texas heat.
So I got take out last week at Fatburger and the wings were burnt and dry .Not only did they give me a complete refund, they invited me back for free wings. Tonight I got those wings and they were delicious. Lemon pepper, must try. The manager was so kind and when he found out I had never had one of their Hamburgers he made me up one fresh on the grill for free . What a nice treat that was. The hamburger was delicious. Good old American style burger with cheese and the works . It was nice and hot. I purchased their onion rings, they were hot and delicious. So thank you Fatburger Staff and managers for making a bad one into a good one. The staff and management went the extra mile and joked a long with me and had some laughs as well . So Fatburger I give 5 stars today. I will be back because of the great food and the outstanding service you gave me . Thanks for going the extra mile. Keep it up ?

Great food and great staff. There are better burgers in the Fort Worth area but definitely not this size. The fat fries aren’t seasoned well but they are ok. Staff was very respectful and gave me a bunch of free things to try out. Will definitely be back.
It is Fat Burgers. A California icon for fast foods. Hands down top of the food chain for a good basic or with all the fixings burger. I grew up eating Fat Burgers so went to my favorite fried egg build, I wasn't disappointed. A one time visit or regular Fat Burgers is worth putting in your rotation. Welcome to Texas.
The manager at this location made our experience spectacular I'm definitely coming back just because of his excellent customer service
First visit was Awesome ! I couldn’t finish my burger and fries , but they were Delicious!
We have been here MANY times and I have never been more disappointed! Ordered the Original with no relish, everything else the same, and chilli cheese fries with light chilli, extra cheese. I had to request a new tomato since the first one was a half of an end. Got a new one, but it was very mushy. Pretty sure relish was put on my burger but then taken off since I had several bites with overpowering relish flavor. The fries had to be sent back since it was heavy on the chilli and light on the cheese. When they brought the fries out for the second time, they brought everything separately (the fries in a boat, two small containers of chilli and 2 small containers of cheese) several problems with this. First, the instructions were very simple. Second, there was enough cheese for maybe half an order of fries. Finally, there is no possible way the cheese would have been able to melt. Burgers lacked flavor, which we found strange since this has never been a problem before. If I am going to spend as much as we did for a burger, it needs to be worth it. Not sure we will be back in the future.
This is not fast food. This is good food quick. Takes a bit longer than most fast food joints but is definitely way better. The onion rings were outstanding and the burger was just right. They definitely have options to fill any size appetite as well. The staff was very nice and polite. When they would bring food out to customers at the tables, they would check on tables on the qay back to the grill area. I thought that was a nice touch that you wouldn't normally see at most burger joints. Will definitely go back for another joyful experience.
Burger was delicious. Very impressive service from the head cook. Took an interest in how we enjoyed the product. I will be back as should you.
